Vor einiger Zeit hatte ich über…

Vor einiger Zeit hatte ich über Decathlon eine Trainingsjacke von Swedemount bestellt. Schnell da, super Qualität, schöne Jacke. Dann habe ich direkt bei Swedemount für über 200 Euro Artikel bestellt. Nach anderthalb Wochen war die Ware immer noch nicht verschickt. Erstmal kein Problem. Dann bekam ich eine E-Mail, dass meine Retour in ihrem Lager eingetroffen sei. Dafür wollten sie mir 10,00 Euro Versandkosten berechnen. Das Problem an der Sache war nur, dass ich nie Ware erhalten haben. Nach mehreren Beschwerde E-Mails habe ich dann wenigstens den gesamten Betrag zurückerstattet bekommen. Echt schade. Die Qualität der Ware ist wirklich gut, aber verarschen lassen möchte man sich ja nun auch nicht.

Slechte klantenservice

Een bestelling geplaatst, maar na 5 dagen nog steeds geen bevestiging van verzenden ontvangen. Gemaild en gebeld, maar het nummer is niet in gebruik en de mail wordt niet beantwoord. Zeer slechte communicatie mogelijk. Ik weet nu niet of mijn bestelling wel of niet verzonden is of zal worden.
