Absolute con order from this so called…

Absolute con order from this so called company who is on eBay ordered nike Air Force 1s over a month ago my item still hasn’t arrived my date of delivery keeps changing cannot contact the seller as that option is switched off as apparently it’s been automatically guaranteed by eBay I’ve paid 134.00 of my hard earned wages . I’ve contacted eBay on this matter with no answers from . I find this very suspicious that you cannot contact the seller . I’ve been conned

Item not as described

Took an age to come and when it arrived it was nothing like what I ordered off the website! £65 and the colours and patterns are different and the bottoms don't even match the top! No response to my emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I ordered a united home shirt and…

I ordered a united home shirt and waited for it to arrive . A month later it still had not arrived and started to have doubts as to if it would arrive.I emailed the company and was told that they had received a large order and that were a small company and the shirt would arrive soon. So I waited and waited and it turned up . Now I asked for a 3xl shirt and when I tried to shirt on there is no way that it’s a 3 X-Large it’s too small. Looking at the bag it came in it’s now obvious that the shirt was made in china and hence the long delivery time . The shirt is good quality but the size is way out . Just be warned that all is not what it seems .

Terrible customer service plus items missing

Terrible customer service. They don’t take the time to respond with any effort. A half hearted response to my query to make it worse not rectifying the issue. I received my order with items missing. Still no closure to issue to date. I will not order from them again.

Very very disappoiunted

I was told I would receive a full refund in relation to my order from Will at Boot King.

Ordered a pair of boots from The Bootking online store on 15/1/14 via paypal
Money for purchase taken from Credit Card on 17/1/14
No confirmation received so contacted seller 21/1, 23/1, 25/1, 28/1
28/1 Will from Bootking contacted and advised that boots would be sent out as soon as they received delivery from Asics and a 20% discount would be given for delay
5/2 still no sign of boots/discount
7/2 boots arrived but wrong size so sent them back via registered post
19/2 sent message looking for update again as had not heard from bootking
Received call from Will at bootking advising that he had contacted Royal Mail and the boots that he had sent out to me had been lost and he would action a refund immediately - text and twitter feed detailing same
Numerous texts/calls/voicemails/tweets left at this stage and still no sign of refund
Asked for personal account details over twitter feed to action transfer on 17/4?
28/5 David from customer service very kindly responded to my mail and advised he would ask accounts dept to refund. They attempted same through Paypal (had to contact paypal to find this out) but this was bounced back and now no one will respond to my mails/calls/tweets!

Wouldn't mind but the boots were expensive and payment has been sitting on my card racking up interest for the last 6 months!!!

CANNOT BE TRUSTED....I paid but no trainers came and no refund given

This is the first time this has happened to me and I'm shocked !!!
On the 23rd April 2014, I paid for £68.99 for size ten trainers which didn't arrived.
On the 2nd May 2014 I called and spoke to the Director who said they would send the trainers asap.
On the 8th May, no parcel has arrived. I emailed them asking for a refund.
On the 9‎th ‎May‎ ‎2014 ‎I received an email from David the customer services manager who apologised for the delay but claimed they dispatched the order on the 3rd by Royal Mail.
He offered to chase it up or give me a refund and claimed it would take 2 week for them to get the goods back and longer to refund me (when I paid on demand)!

I am fed now its the 10th May and no trainers have arrived so I asked for a refund on 10th May 2014 via email.

To date I still have no refund or trainers and they have ignored my emails asking for payment.

Its simple, this company cannot not be trusted. It's made me look at supporting small businesses in a different light.

Refund is on it's way.

The Asics Testimonial boots arrived on time, actually a special Saturday delivery (at the Companies expense). However, I sent a pair back and I had not heard anything for three weeks, despite phone calls, emails and SMS. The Company contacted me on 26 March. They are now organising a refund for me.

They explained to me that me emails had gone to spam folder, hence the lack of communication, but they had seen my original review on Trustpilot.
They were apologetic and explained that they were a young company trying to grow. As long as the refund arrives, I will give these guys another try as I am keen to support UK small businesses.

Thank you for your feedback, We are sorry you feel this way as we bent over backwards and sent the boots out on special delivery at our own cost to keep you happy. We submitted the refund and this is done Via SagePay who state it can take upto 7 working days to hit your account. (Providing you have not changed your card details) This is out of our hands once we submit the refund but we will chase today.

How can we be fake if you ordered 2 boots and they were delivered on time? We do not have the man power to manage the phones day in day out and all social networks are out sourced you our SEO department.

We have just checked our spam folder to find 8 emails from yourself, this is our fault apologies for this.

We will contact you today once we have heard back from SagePay.

Got my joma's from the boot king.. Best boots I've bought to date! Recommend anybody to get theirs from the boot king as they have some quality deals and boots.

Super duper fab !!!!

Brilliant customer service, needed boots for my son who plays for an academy and they went through lots of options as he has to wear black. Still got him some really cool nike ones which he loved and got them personalised too. He loves them and we were very happy with service and price. Definitely be using them again. Thanks guys

Good products delivered on time reasonably priced

Good products from a great company who offer that personal service.
Wasn't quite sure what to purchase for my picky teenage son as a gift. It had to the most upto date pair of boots, but with so much to choose from it's a minefield. I asked advise from Sports King and guess what, it was the pair my son wanted :-) well done guys - will return for the next pair(s).
