Had a problem with my new shoes emailed and explained what the problem was they asked me to return them (they sent me a QR code to do this FOC) and within 4 days i had a new pair arrive.
While the issue had nothing to do with Sports Shoes.com they dealt with it quickly and efficiently.
So i’ll be happily buy my next pair from them knowing they back up their customer service.

So I ordered the wrong size shoes on a Sunday - realised Sunday evening so messaged the bot - Monday morning I had an email from Angela (a real person) the shoes were unavailable in the right size - I chose different shoes (in the right size) and the order was changed - no hassle great communication and undid my mistake.
