Quite happy with the mat purchase - delivery was somewhat delayed, perhaps not surprising considering what a mess logistics are.

Customer service was great thus far, prompt with their feedback and support. Would love to give 5 stars but I will await until I receive the product.

All around a very good experience from a quick reply to my first request to the final finished product. The first conversation went very well explained what we could do and the quote reflected that. Once we confirmed the order and manufacturing was complete we had it picked up and delivered to our site. The next week the installation crew arrived and completed the project in very cold conditions.The Napan Agricultural Show are very impressed with how wonderful our new bleachers turned out. Perfect crash mat for an amazing price. This is being used at our judo club and it’s perfect. Dealing with Sport System has been great. Fast responses and very helpful. Delivery was crazy fast. The company said it would take 4-6 weeks to deliver, but the May arrived in 2 weeks.

Products arrived on time and exactly as described at the time of placing the order.

I wish I would have known ahead of time that ALL mats are produced only when ordered. Based on the website it sounded like only custom mats or specialty colours were made to order.

I did also get an email from a manager letting me know it was on its way (as a response to a previous email I sent) to which was nice but I never got an actual email from the company with a tracking number for it.

Mat arrived quickly though and is excellent quality.

Bought a pole fitness crash mat, great customer service after a bit of a rough start. I wanted to learn more about how their mats were made and what kind of safety protocols were in place to protect the workers from workplace hazards, and initially reached out over chat on their website. The rep didn't immediately know and said she'd get back to me, but I never heard back. I decided to call their office and had a good conversation with the rep there, who answered all my questions satisfactorily. All my other interactions with reps, from the person who texted me a discount code to the one who arranged customs paperwork, have been very responsive and professional.

As to the mat itself, I'm very pleased. Came in packaging without single-use plastic, which is very important to me, and is just what I was looking for: sturdy, folds up easily, easy to wipe down, very firm foam. Looking forward to using this mat for years to come, and the prices are excellent!

Since 2018, we have bought 4 sets of bleachers and 8 sets of players benches for our baseball field. Great product and service. Thank you.
