Very fast shipping.I checked out the price with a local competitor and it was twice the price.

The price and product are good but the sales representative attitude and services and time for delivery are terrible.

I bought a ball pool for lu Family Entertainment Center. Design is not good, and not strong enough for our needs. Had to patch up and will people ably have to buy another one shortly to replace this one.

I have ordered three separate, disparate items from them in the past three years, and have been satisfied every time. They say what they do, and they do what they say. Quality products, solid customer service.

while the customer service aspect was fine, i would think that fine, by today's standards, is not that great. My order was not as it was to be. The original order was confused and i essentially did not get what i was expecting to get. I'm told a credit will come my way...but we will see. I would probably use them again though. I can accept that things don't always go the way we hope.
