We have a great communication and their are a life-savers when I don't have enough time to attend to their needs

I am very pleased with the service I received from Spot! Every time I speak with them and ask for help, they are quick to answer! They have the best representatives working the lines! There are extremely reliable, respectful, knowledgeable, friendly, and patient!

*******Dog owners with pups who have anxiety PLEASE take the time to read this review********

We requested a dog walking service for our puppers for 7 days while we were out of town for thanksgiving.

Prior to service, information was provided that our dog gets has anxiety and gets scared of strangers easily which can appear as “aggressive” if a someone is sent who isn’t experienced in handling dogs.

The entire service was paid for upfront, (which is fine, we didn’t have an issue with that as we wanted to make sure our little buddy was taken care of while we were gone) and on the first day, an employee was sent who allegedly has pitbulls of her own which would be assuming to anyone that she would know how to handle “aggressive” breeds. This girl didn’t come in to introduce herself and establishing an assertive, dominant relationship to our dog, she sat outside and had us bring him out to her which obviously put him on alert/anxious mode. He jumped up on her like most dogs with anxiety too (he was muzzled) and she continuously jumped back, which is the absolute opposite of what needs to happen to establish that assertive dominance with a dog to disarm him and present herself as not a threat. The walk was canceled. (We chalked this up to maybe just not being a good fit for the service we required for our dog).

We then had around a 30 min conversation with the owner where all the information provided above (our dog needing someone who’s experienced or capable of being assertive to establish that dominate handler to submissive dog relationship, and if they couldn’t send that same person who’s already established with him, to send someone who has similar capabilities) in which the owner assured us that his company could move forward with the service.

A walked with the capabilities listed above came this morning for our dog’s first walk and did everything that was requested, and was able to walk the dog with nonissue and even said in his notes (seems aggressive but actually a really good dog).

We assumed either the same person or someone who could do the service in the same manor would continue to show up, we were SADLY mistaken.

The second walk being around 8hrs after the first walk was met with another inexperienced employee, who rather than taking him out of the cage (he was allegedly still muzzled) and establish the relationship with him, decided to take her phone out and film him which would obviously make him more anxious than he already is and canceled the walk with out feeding or giving him water.

So my dog has now officially gone over 24hrs with out food or water and we are over 1000miles from home so not like we can hop in the car and get back there tonight.

At this point we were given answers like “we will try to get another walker there” hours pass by and we finally get a call from the owner saying he’s not sure if his company can render the service he was paid to do. And I had to literally request a refund from him because who knows if he would have kept the money since 2 walks were canceled already with no talks of those being refunded.

I never write reviews like this because I always try to support businesses even if the service isn’t stellar, but this is absolutely, without a doubt the most unprofessional, inexperienced company I’ve ever worked with in any industry that provides a service.

If your dog has any kind of anxiety/gets scared or jumpy towards strangers, I would absolutely NOT use them at all for anything related to that dog

really love dog walking. wondering if there will ever be a tip option. a few owners have asked me a couple times if there is a tip they could give me on the app.

The app his easy to use and so far everyone I have walked for has given good, clear instructions for their dogs.

The app is very easy to use. The support is amazing and answers quickly. Overall I am completely happy with how everything is done!

I started working in Spot in Feb, 2022. My experience is great so far. Everything goes smooth with both owners and dogs. The application is so easy to use. Only one thing I would say for the cons is they don’t have tipping system. But they offer so much bonus for the walkers sometimes, but also if the customers were able to give tip to the walkers, it would be perfect.

Been walking dogs with Spot Since May 2022 and it has been so great. I love all animals so this is how I can get some puppy time.
The company is very professional and are on the ball every minute for the Walkers and the Customers.
The app is very efficient and easy to use. I highly recommend, not only dog owners, but to the walkers as well to use Spot. Earn some extra money and get a puppy kiss or two...
