The parking space was much too small for my vehicle.
Car was damaged by bent pole.
Could not open car doors to exit vehicle. Very, very disappointing especially since make and model of vehicle was required to reserve parking space.
Israel was very helpful to change location

This is a great small lot and it is much easier to get out of after a concert.

Somehow I ended up with two reservations for the same day and time at the same lot. Maloney (sp?) resolved my problem. He also confirmed the correct address as the reservation and photo don’t have the same address. Many thanks to Maloney for his help with such courtesy.

Price was great. Finding the lot was very confusing, and I almost parked in the wrong place, based on the navigation from the website. But after walking around the area, I recognized the picture from the lot I'd chosen, and moved my car.

If something turns out to be a problem, they are great at addressing that too. Great app very useful

It was great, my original parking space got canceled and they replaced with a new one at no extra cost 10/10 and the parking spot was even better in an enclosed garage.

I have used SpotHero for a few years, and their process is smooth and easy. On this trip, I had a problem finding the correct garage entrance at Pearson Int'l Airport. After 30 minutes of circling and trying gates, I had to pay again at a gate and get to my flight (almost missed it). I never discovered if this was a reservation problem, gate control problem, or I just never found the correct entrance.
Upon my return home, since their policy is no refunds after the parking start time, I explained the event to SpotHero and provided proof of my 2nd gate ticket payment.
They provided full [future] credit for my reservation.
SpotHero came through when I was in a bind and this speaks for the integrity of this company. Outside of that, I have used SpotHero countless times with no issues.

First, the app did not work properly and I had trouble trying to input my license plate number. When I called the 800 number, I was told to utilize the website to input the information, which I was able to do. When we arrived to park at the location we had paid for, the area was fenced in and had a lock on the gate. I called the 800 number and was told my reservation would be cancelled. The rep said he would they would remove the particular parking location from their choices to park. I was told my money would be credited to my credit card and I would receive an email in a few minutes, confirming this. I never received the email or my credit. Based on my

Using the app makes it so easy to park. When we arrive early for a game there's always spaces available. The lot is also well lit.

Representative was a good listener and helped in explaining the situation.

I reserved a non refundable parking spot in a garage local to the event I was attending. I followed the instructions to scan the QR code. The machine stated that is didn't recognize the code. Frustrated I took a ticket and parked. When we left, I tried the QR code again, did not work. I paid for the ticket and left. I emailed the company and crickets. I have not had any response.

Great location … just a short and safe walk to Chase Center! Lot is clean, well lit and spaces decent size.

The process was easy from selecting the garage to parking and picking up the car.
