I'd actually give 10 stars. Spot on Mortgages have been brilliant throughout the years I've worked with them - which is about 8 now. They've been so good they've had my repeat business during that period, 4 arrangements I think. What makes them special? The fact that Ian Le Petit actually listened to my requirements over the years, and found products to suit my needs, offering professional guidance every time. Due to my changing needs, Ian often researched a number of products extensively and would always consider a contingency plan, ahead of me asking, should the lender think I was too high a risk. And during a protracted legal process related to my property, Ian always made himself available to offer options for moving forward.
