I have been on the platform since launch and have found great folks and interesting content -- but despite repeated requests to help expand to include communities such as women's sports and other more niche areas that have grown well on Twitter, there is no momentum or help in making that happen. On that basis, I do what I can, but it is not my alternative to Twitter as it is rare for folks to ever interact with content beyond politics and related issues.

Spoutible protects users from bots, troll, bigots and misogynists. Its the only site that does this. Other sites claim to do so, but do not.

Also, the edit button is damn great.

The community engagement is real and spectacular. Its welcoming, but not a doormat, just the right balance

Spoutible is the least biased and best organized social media platform available. Truth matters. Humanity matters.

I enjoy spending time on Spoutible. Spoutible is a relatively new (2023) social media site with robust and diverse user engagement. Spoutible shines by maintaining unobtrusive guardrails to minimize trolling and harassment. This has become increasingly important as the legacy bird site becomes more unstable and increasingly negative. Spoutible offers a robust and growing list of features that, at least for me, make social media fun again. Strongly recommend giving Spoutible a try.

Very cool features, would be even greater if had gaming videos as a feature. Maybe in the future. No trolls etc. Which is always a plus.

I'm here in this life to learn, laugh, encourage and be open to support. My experience here has been a solid three out of three on my choices in this life. There is safety, generosity and kindness here. After 12 years of screaming into the void at the dead X, I have confidence and Christopher Bouzy and his intentions. He makes me proud for democracy

It's nice to have a trusted place where people are treated with respect. It's almost as though CBouzy actually cares about the treatment of others on this site.
Spoutible is so much fun and accepting that I only use FB for my craft page and I completely removed myself from that dead bird place.

Of all the social media platforms out there, Spoutible is by far the safest. It has a small but excellent team that is constantly updating the site and moderating content. But what really makes it special is its community. They tend to be the ones who deal first with any troll, fool who thinks that this is Twitter 2.0 or alt-right agent who decided they want to wreck the place. Then the team takes them out.

Add in how it's linking up to other SM platforms like Threads and Mastodon and I am convinced this one's got a bright future.

Some growing pains, but few and minor. There are also some way cool inter social platform messaging apps in the works, or already working.
They do not tolerate Nazis and others of similar ilks, anti-science, bigots, etc., so that's why a bunch of those guys started spamming Trustpilot, saying it wasn't fair that they can't come on Spoutible and continue what they're doing on Twitter and Facepoop. Too bad for them, great for us.

I love this platform. It's exactly what social media should be: A place to exchange ideas, photos, laughs and information. Not a place to harass, belittle, dox or shame people. It's refreshing to see a company address all the evils of social media while maintaining all the best features and advantages!

The only social media platform I use. Try it. That is the true test, and you will not be sorry. All the features and functionality you're looking for are there.

Spoutable allows me to get what I want in my feed when I want it. I can separate news from user Spouts. And I find the atmosphere at Spoutable to be welcoming and helpful and nice. User requests and suggestions are considered and acted upon when warranted. And it's great to be able to interact with the owner.

It is refreshing to have a platform without toxicity and misinformation. People can have differences of opinions without being vulgar. This platform is well managed with transparency and accountability.

I enjoy Spoutible. Even on the days when things get a bit nuts. I find it easy to use and most participants are mindful and polite. It's only been 10 months and the website is way better than it's competitors.

The best social network by far. There is no tolerance for racists or misogynists. Civil discourse with differing opinions is encouraged but vicious unwarranted personal attacks are not. I can't believe people still use Twitter.

Since launch, Spoutible has had the best social media community, thanks to the goal of creating a platform that prioritizes user safety by aggressively targeting trolls, who then come here to leave one-star reviews, because they're sad and lonely people whose lives lack joy. Since launch, features have been added at a pace that places Spoutible in the top tier of feature-rich platforms, if not the clear social media leader. Ignore the haters, Spoutible is the real deal 🌈✨🐳

Spoutible is a great alternative to the hate, anger and poison being circulated on other social media sites.

Anyone who says otherwise is just trolling, trying to destroy something they cannot tolerate.

What I love about Spoutible is that your feed is whatever you make it. YOU choose by whom you follow and no algorithm pushes content. Have found a pleasant bunch of folks with similar interests and now that many news media are on I an easily check to see what’s happening in the world. Any differing points of view, stated respectfully, civilly are welcomed. But takes effort on my part to build my feed. Nothing happens automatically. That’s great from my perspective.

Spoutible is the best social media platform for people who want to engage without trolls, bots, or bullies. The platform is easy to use and the developers listen to the users and try to deliver what they want.

This is a place that I can read about things going on in the world without conspiracy theories popping up constantly. I can express my views without being afraid of others putting me down because they don't agree.
