Bought a 'Gore Tex' Sprayway jacket
Bought a 'Gore Tex' Sprayway jacket. Within 18 months all pockets have holes in meaning keys etc will fall out. Not waterproof in heavy rain - I paid around £200 for this utter rip off

About the B12AE90259 / Sprayway Cape Wrath M Jacket
Not waterproof at all.
Front zipper and both pocket zippers were broken after 6 months of use.
For a price tag of 200 euro; you expect something else.
Great looking comfy boots but they are categorically, absolutely and most definitely NOT waterproof.
One walk through a wet field and my feet are soaking
Within a year of purchasing a sprayway hydrodry jacket the stitching came out on the hood and the lining of the pocket, quality not up to scratch
I bought a pair of sprayway boots on sale from sports direct. Immediately I was impressed by their looks and feel, however. After 2 medium length walks on soft ground I found the sole coming away from the boot on the left foot. I'd read this was a regular problem so for the cheap price of purchase I chose to fix the sole myself. I found the boots very comfortable right from the box and decided to test them on a longer walk. I did 16 miles over moderate terrain of grass and loose stones. After 10 miles I started to get pain on the flat area behind my toes but persevered. Once I got home in fair discomfort I saw that the sole treads had literally fallen off leaving uneven areas of the soles. I realised that the boots were beyond repair and binned them. Take note that you get what you pay for. These may be comfortable fashion boots but definitely not useable for walkers or hikers.
Iam now on my second pair of Sprayway walking boots within 12 months.
The first pair I returned as the sole was coming away from the upper part of the boot and as for being waterproof that's another problem.
I have to spay wax them every time I go out in the rain or walking in wet grass.
I do not do any serious walking on rugged tourine just the general strolling on footpaths and across grass paths.
I returned my first pair and opted for another pair because they are comfortable and my thoughts were it was just a faulty pair.
4 months on and the same is happening again the sole is starting to come away and I still have to spray them with the recommended wax spray otherwise my socks are soaking.
I have cheaper work boots that last longer in tougher conditions and also keep my feet dry.
Surely all Sprayway hiking boots can't have the same problem?
Really nice comfortable boots, but I wish they'd last more than a year.
My car tyres have the same depth of tread and they last 25000 miles.
Very pleased with my Sprayway Oxna walking/outdoor shoes …. I’ve had them 5 months and they have been worn all day every day over the winter, for walking the dogs in the woods, the occasional jog and just everyday life whilst it’s been wet and cold. They are very comfortable and keep my feet dry, even when the mud and puddles are unavoidable. Recommended.
Emailed sprayway - as a coat I had purchased had pocket and lining damage, coat was over a year old but. They returned the coat and fixed it for me.
Excellent communication and customer service.
Returned Sprayway Arran hiking boots for assessment after both split during a walk and was accused of damaging them myself. Not happy with the quality of the boots or the customer service
