Absolutely filthy place the air con ducts are full of dust and hanging out of the duct, there were flies all over the carvery food, and the Indian manager is very rude to customers and staff, there was no organisation at the bar the Q was very long, instead of serving drinks one side and food in one spot the wait was horrendous health and hygiene of the place is disgusting I’d hate to see what the kitchen looked like
Disgusting customer service very rude manager who told an elderly lady with a dog to get out and then was rude to me when I confronted her.
She really needed to go on a customer service course to learn how to politely deal with customer instead of shouting at them in a room full of people...if that is the calibre of staff they employ they don't deserve a business.
What if that lady's dog had been a guide dog or hearing dog. She was on her own and came in with the dog for 2 minutes to order then sat outside. Came back in to return the plate and cup and my partner and I made the mistake of fussing the dog which kept her talking to us for all of 5 minutes until the manager for hell was so rude.
