For some strange reason my parcel coming to the UK from Spain, which is already late, has gone to the Netherlands first? That's a bit illogical considering if it came to the UK it could've been with me already.

Sorry folks, yet another terrible review. I'm still waiting on a package from Italy to Ireland that has now been in transit for 20 days and I'm resigning myself to it never arriving.
I contacted the vendor for the item I ordered and they've suggested it might come by the end of this week. I'm not hopeful.
To put it another way. I went onto Google maps and worked out that if I walked from Italy and for the sea going portions of the trip, I used a rowing boat instead of taking a ferry, I'd have the item by now.
Update 29/12/2022:
The item finally arrived today, after being in transit for 24 days (Italy to Ireland).
The term broken, doesn't even begin to describe it. It was utterly destroyed.
Well done. You had one job to do and you managed to fail to do that on every level.

I can see now that parcels arriving in 2 months time or never is a normal thing. I don't even know why I am wasting my time writing this. I am expecting a parcel from Trekkinn, the order was placed on 4th Dec...... still waiting for it.

I paid to come quickly from 1 to 3 days and until today I still haven't seen it I sent for almost 2 weeks and so far nothing says it's being transported to the destination country for 4 days in a country that is on the shame side I don't recommend it

Over 6 weeks now and still no parcel. It just goes from hub to hub and has already visited 3 hubs TWICE?!?!?!?! Why has it gone back to a hub it has already been to?
This order was from Crucial Technology and I wish I'd just ordered from Amazon for the £10 extra and next day delivery.

This people are horrible. I have been waiting for my parcel all day long, they don’t even provide you with estimation time. At 16 the message in a tracking website appeared saying that i was absent. I can’t describe my anger at this point, spending all day home with no ring on the door just to read “ops u were absent”. When i tried to find a customer hotline or anything to reach out to this people - 404 not found on all their pages. Literally the worst delivery company i can imagine.

Avoid any company that uses this courier.
At the moment a package that was sent by Crucial from Prague in the Czech Republic took three days to arrive in Holland en route to the UK. Slow, but acceptable, and at least the tracking details are good and detailed. On the same day that it arrived in Holland it was marked as being dispatched, presumably towards the UK. I have to assume further that the means of transport was catapult, since now, four days later, it has simply vanished, with no indication as to where it is.
To add to my frustration it is simply not possible to contact Spring. Any attempts to link through to their main website and/or contact details bring up a message warning that the website address in question is not safe.
Crucial are no more helpful, since they are no more able than I am to retrieve any information. At least they have assured me that, after 10 business days the package will be assumed to be lost, and they will give me a refund.
Update on 2nd December.
Still no delivery, and no indication that Royal Mail, to whom Spring were supposed to hand over the package have received it. It supposedly left The Hague eight days ago.
Crucial, who engaged this courier, have not been much more helpful. They insist that I wait until ten business days have passed before they will "help" me with a refund. Oh, and ten business days does not mean from the date that I put in the order; it means the date from which the item left their factory.
No wonder Amazon can make so much money!

Sadly, I have felt the reason why so many people gives Spring 1 stars reviews.
My sad story:
5 days (!) from parcel created to accepted (Spain)
5 days to arrive to country of destination (Denmark)
7 days to deliver
17 days in total from Spain to Denmark?
I can only recommend companies finding alternatives to Spring to send their stuff, or they too will get bad reviews and losing customers due to this sluggish service. This is not what you expect in a modern Europe.
On the positive side, the parcel eventually arrived...

Ordered a gift for a family member on Siroko 26 August. Still no package. Simply says, “en route to final destination.” I mean, aren’t we all? Having lived in NL for years, I know the PostNL is notoriously horrible. Had I known this Spanish company was going to use this service, I would not have ordered this gift. BikeInn online chat didn't get me anywhere.
Spring GDS, you really need to up your game or admit defeat.
Parcel arrived today. Feel slightly bad leaving review now. If I'd been told by BikeInn that it would be ten days for delivery then I wouldn't of been so stressed about it. 1star to a 4.

Without doubt the slowest delivery company I've ever know , it's taken over a week for my package to move a few hundred miles from Prague to the Hague ,,then according to their tracking it sat there for 24hrs and has now been in transit from the Hague to the UK for two days but the royal mail haven't received it ,, are they on foot or swimming across the North sea or something ,,after reading the reviews here I'd advise not ordering anything from a company that uses this delivery service you'll either not get it or it'll turn up massively late ,, if I could actually get in touch with them no doubt they'd have some sort of lame excuse I'd give them a minus review if I could

Has been 3 weeks, my package didnt arrive. In tracking it seems like they attempt delivery but have not enough information to do it. Which is nonsense because they did deliver me the exact same package a month ago. Anyhow, this is status from 21.7. since then nothing. I have sent 2 email, 2 attempt contacts thru “app” and also contacted them on FB. Noone did reply except on FB and I was said he is “social media” person and cant help. Spring ES is the absolut worst.
