I dodged this bullet

I dodged this bullet. They don't tell you upfront that you'll need to buy their water test and wait two weeks to get the results, but they do charge you immediately and don't deliver. I had a plumber lined up and everything ready. Seeing this behavior before delivery, I canceled my order. Companies rarely behave BETTER after they have made the sale. Perhaps this was a fine company once, but they're now owned by Fortune Brands -- just another roll-up that will cut costs and service. Sad.

We had a boil water alert and it had…

We had a boil water alert and it had been the 2nd time in less than 30 days so I knew I needed a home water filter. I found Springwell and their support answered a lot of my questions and I ended up with a lead and cyst whole home water filter. It was easy to install and I sleep better knowing that my family is drinking clean water 24/7.
