Great customer service
Great customer service. Contacted me when I accidentally put the wrong water bottle in the order as it would fit I. The cages (they didn’t need to do that). I also then needed to send something back as it wasn’t the colour I imagined (not their fault). Dealing with sprockets was easy and would definitely do buy from them again.

Marin Madrone Trail dispatched to me the day they got it.
I was looking for a Marin Madrone Trail with little hope of finding one but Sprockets had one coming in which I duly reserved, they said it would be a couple of weeks but it actually turned up the next day and when I phoned they were already doing the PDI and dispatched it that afternoon.
It arrived two days later with everything set up, there was one hick up that was not their fault and I sorted apart from that a good bike promptly dispatched the day they received it.

Delivery was a ok
Delivery was a ok, little slow but acceptable. The item didn't fit me so I had to return them. No issues there. Except their returns policy on their website doesn't match UK law - see MSE website. I would be happy to use again if they were the cheapest.
