Like all companies with computerised stock control systems we do make mistakes and we are never quite sure how it happens but it does and at the end of the day we are all human.
However, we would never knowingly advertise anything that we did not have in stock.

Great customer service
Ordered some snowboarding socks off these guys. When they came to pick them they realised they hadn’t got any of the ones I had ordered off there website left. They offered me options, so I chose to choose some different ones which were slightly more expensive which they gave me at no extra cost. Great customer service

Snowboard boots
Quick delivery. Spoke to them for advice it was really helpful. The only problem is the sizing on the web doesn’t say either UK or US so a bit confusing. I had to ring to clarify that. The downside is the returning cost can be expensive compare to other companies who offer competitive flat return cost.

Thank you for your review. We only use UK sizes I suppose because we assume people to know we are an English company but we will look into that in the future.
As we are only a small company we cannot afford to pay for the return costs and with all the cheap delivery companies around now there are very good shipping rates out there now for retuning items.

Sputnik was the only online retailer I found that could supply a Burton snowboard toe ratchet screw. In the process, I also found some great deals in their sale too. Had to pay a small amount for delivery and everything arrived on time. Very happy with my purchasing experience and would definitely recommend.
