Scammed, Nike & Ralph Lauren bundle
I bought a Nike & Ralph Lauren bundle. The description said it was 50% Nike & 50% Ralph Lauren, but it was 80% Nike, which didn't match the weight at all.
They don't respond to emails, and customer service is terrible. I was asked to send photos of the package, and I did, but again, no response. I was completely ignored.
I will never order from here again. What terrible service!

You are lying. When I asked you for videos and photos and to return the package, you said that you had sold lots of things and you weren't able to show everything nor to return it. You only want more pieces for free.
I ordered a Mountain Garments box
I ordered a Mountain Garments box. All the products were in very good condition, clean and washed. However, I found the price to be too high. On the pichtures they show the northface, hagloff, etc as brands but all I received was columbia, fila, mammut, etc. Garments with very little value to resell. I was able to sell 2 out of the 10 items with a reasonable profit. I couldn’t sell the rest, not even below the purchase price. In the end, there was no profit. Maybe it works out better if you buy larger quantities, but for a small reseller it is not recommended.
I also ordered it with a free gift garment. I received a 10€ discount coupon that I won’t use because ordering is just to expensive. The marketing is very misleading.
The shipping also took 18 days after I placed the order, which is not ideal if you need stock quickly.
I would rate it 6/10.

Regarding the brand mix, our Mountain Garments boxes are always described as a selection-based mix, which can include different outdoor brands depending on availability and stock balance at the time of preparation. While brands like The North Face or Haglöfs can be included, they are not guaranteed in every box, especially in smaller quantities.
We understand your point about resale value and that, in your case, the box did not generate the margin you expected. Profitability can indeed vary depending on the reseller’s market, pricing strategy and order size, and we acknowledge that this product may not be the best fit for every business model.
Concerning shipping times, during high-volume periods preparation and dispatch can take longer, something that is explained in our shipping information. That said, we take your feedback seriously and continue working to improve timelines where possible.
We appreciate your honesty and wish you the best with your resale projects. Feedback like yours helps us refine both our communication and our product offerings.
Disappointing resell value

Lamento que tu experiencia no haya sido la esperada. En el pack que compraste se incluyen 2,5 kg de Nike y 2,5 kg de Burberry, tal y como se explica en la descripción del producto, y revisamos cada lote para asegurarnos de que esa distribución se cumpla correctamente.
Respecto a las bonus pieces, son prendas añadidas de forma totalmente gratuita y todas ellas son vendibles, precisamente para aportar un extra de margen. Entiendo que no siempre encajan con el gusto o las necesidades de cada cliente, pero no forman parte del contenido principal del pack ni afectan al valor real del pedido.

Customer Pays for Company Mistakes
I’m really disappointed with my experience. I ordered a "Vinted Resell box" after seeing so many positive TikToks and ads, I expected the company to be reliable when they promised grade A products. I did receive a lot of items, and a few were resellable, but several others definitely were not, some were extremely small kids sizes, others had loose stitching, stains, or damage. It simply wasn’t worth the money.
When I reached out, customer service responded quickly and assured me replacements would be sent. However, after contacting them multiple times, I was suddenly told I could only receive replacement items if I ordered another box. I didn’t want that, I just wanted items without stains or holes, as originally promised.
To make things worse, I’m expected to pay shipping costs even though the issue wasn’t my fault, and this is apparently “policy.” Very disappointing, and unfortunately I won’t be ordering again. I hope future customers are treated better!

Disapointing
I purchased the 10 Polo Ralph Lauren Pack. Apart from the fact that it took more than 3 months to arrive home, it included (out of the 10 Polos), 5 or 6 for kids, 3 - 4 very oversized (4XL) and 2 pieces which were not polos. I wouldn't say I have been satisfied with this experiencie, as it has clearly not lived up to my expectations.

This pack was part of a pre-order, which can take longer to arrive — the estimated timeframe of 2 to 6 weeks is clearly explained on our website, although in some rare cases it may take a bit longer.
Regarding the mix of pieces and sizes, all our products are original vintage clothing, so there can be some variation in fit, age range, or specific model (especially in Polo Ralph Lauren lots, where kids and oversized items are common within the vintage stock).

First time ordering with SP Vintage
First time ordering with SP Vintage. I usually have another wholesaler for my shop but I wanted to try their rework items, their leather and college jackets.
I’m quite satisfied with what I received, I expected worse because almost all wholesalers I tried in Europe are very disappointing.
- x10 Carhartt rework jackets : very nice, too bad it’s almost only medium sizes but overall a good deal !
- x10 rework branded sweaters : a lot of them were in Grade B and the rework is sometimes a bit questionable but for the price, it’s okay.
- x20 vintage college jackets : amazing items, good quality, almost everything in perfect condition. Only problem is that every jacket is médium sized ! But it’s still very good value.
- x10 leather jackets : I received worse from other wholesalers. They are all in perfect condition but not particularly trendy, except 1 or 2 pieces.
I could have rated this first order 5 stars but fast shipping wasn’t that fast (2 or 3 weeks) and I send an email and had no answer.
So 5/5 for the clothing (isn’t this the most important after all?) and 3/5 for customer service. Thank you SP I will probably order another time soon !

I asked for a refund for the goods, and they told me that the jackets are in good condition, you just don’t know how to remove stains)) I still insisted on a return, 7 days have passed and I have not received any response. I do not recommend

It’s important to understand that working with vintage garments requires knowledge and experience — some pieces may need proper washing or specific treatment, which is completely normal in this business.
We responded to your concerns and requested clear evidence to assess the issue and offer a fair solution. Unfortunately, no further response was received within a reasonable timeframe.

Poor service and no accountability for fake items
We received multiple clearly fake polo shirts in our order. When we raised the issue, customer service was slow to respond and dismissed our concerns. Instead of offering a refund, they suggested adding extra items to a future order, which is not a solution. Selling counterfeit products is unacceptable, and we won’t be ordering again.

That said, we understand that concerns can arise, and we always mention that up to 10% of garments in any lot may be grade B — this is clearly stated on our website.
Still, in an effort to maintain a good relationship and show goodwill, we offered to include 4 extra pieces in your next order as compensation. This wasn’t meant to dismiss your concern, but rather to provide a fair and honest solution, as we always aim to do with every client.
