Received the wrong item.
I notified Spygeargadgets that this was not the item I ordered. I sent a copy of the receipt and received a response stating that they would send an RMA and resolve the issue. Three weeks later and I haven't received or heard anything back.
I sent several emails w/o any response. Tried to start a chat but always states that it is not available at this. Left VM and no return call.
Three weeks ago I bought a camera from them. I paid more than $200.
My disappointment is enormous!
It is tough to set up.
Battery life is significantly less than 4 hours. If there is a power outage, be ready to start the setup process from scratch.
Even if it's an HD camera, the quality is awful.
The description says, "Records Video to Micro SD (Up to 128GB)." You can't record anything on an SD card! All the recorded files are in "Media File" format! What is this??? There are hundreds of these files on SD. The size of each file is around 260 Kb. They are unreadable!
You can record the video only on your phone. Again, be ready for bad quality.
It worked for only three weeks. Now, it's unrecognizable on my phone, and I can't connect it anymore.
I sent an email to customer service and never got a response. Now I am stuck with a $200 piece of ... useless "camera."
