I sent a device for repair several weeks ago, then after a while, I had an email to say it had been fixed and was on its way back. That was a month ago, I got in touch through the chat message service and the agent I chatted with was very helpful. It turned out that the email was auto generated and my device was beyond repair and they were waiting for me to send my original invoice and they would source a replacement, but I wasn't made aware of this. The agent sorted it all out for me, and hopefully I should receive the replacement device within 6 working days

I don't know how this company has a rating of 4.1 Stars at the time of writing this review. It's incredible to me giving the nightmare I have experienced today.
I know I am not going to get help from this company because it is in the fine print that they can use used parts, or lesser parts to repair your equipment with,
I sent an ASUS Gaming Laptop for repair to their equally unscrupulous repair shop, Tech Force, and after more than a month of waiting, I get the laptop back without the charger!
Then as I continued to investigate I find that the motherboard has been downgraded! How the hell does an insurance company think it is okay to send a Porsche for repairs and hand the customer back a Volkswagen!
My laptop just shut down and wouldn't turn on, a walk in the park for a real repair specialist, the laptop was only 14-months old, brand new!
I am more than incensed at this entire fiasco, my blood pressure is up! I am here because I know not to hope for a reasonable outcome here. A lesson learned, and boy am I going to make sure people know how this industry operates. I am going to make it my crusade. I know people, like me, will not read the fine print, but they sure will understand my experience and what they can expect.
For what I paid for the insurance I could have included another $50 to $100 and sent the laptop to a real repair specialist. Not a parts replacement shop!
Lesson learned, and I should have stuck to my guns, insurance companies are nothing but frauds.

Was messed about for a week waiting to find out if I could be paid out for my claim as they said they didn't have my phone in stock, plus I had asked multiple times if I could have anything other than my current make and model. Eventually they come back to me saying that they had to attempt to buy the phone in before they could offer an alternative resolution. Just don't understand why that money couldn't have been paid out to me instead of buying in a phone I don't want has gone faulty 3 times now. The agents will lie and gas light you into agreeing to something and just won't give you a straight answer. Less than 5 mins after getting off the phone to I received a email saying that they had sourced one and it would be sent out to me. Only for it to turn up today in an Amazon box, knowing that they deal with both Amazon and Three this tells me that they had the device all along and were just lying to me to get me to agree to accepting the same device. Avoid this company
