Just had a new kitchen and I am really happy with it. All of the people who have been in my home have been great and done a fantastic job ( 5 stars is perfection and nobody is perfect😅).
I have waited a very long time for a kitchen and I mean years.
I very much appreciate all the work that has been put in, thank you. 😊
People are quick to give negative feedback so I'd like to give some positive. 👍

Homes plus is the worst do not rent off them

It's took over 3 months to fix a toilet and I'm disabled (still not fixed)

My kitchen got flooded and made me wait over 2 weeks to fix

The radiator came off the wall took weeks to fix and they did a horrible job

I have anxiety and depression
Living in the block of flats is making it awayy worse because the other people in the block stand outside my door talking and smoking I've put many reports in and nothing back

Im also being harassed by a couple down the road put in reports they said nothing they can do and my landlord is stalking me as they keep coming out to check on me no one else in the block
I have paper to prove it also my landlord is horrible the way she talks to people when I have told them I'm disabled and have bad! Anxiety because off this going now I have new health issues ibs because the stress and anxiety of where im living

I have a motorcycle the homes plus want me to put it on a car park no where near my flat with no cameras or safety
When they have literally garages for the flats but homes plus are using it for themselves so now I can't go out at all because my motorcycle is kept at my mom's as I'm scared it's gonna get stolen and can't go out because of my anxiety with other people in my block standing outside my door 24/7

I've asked for a move because the flat is to small as a friend has moved in
And they basically said f off without actually looking at the email I've put in

DO NOT rent off homes plus!!!!

New Website is not very good. Go to rent a home and you can't key in your answers into the boxes

I just give in, shocking customer service, they seem to be tied up in bad Data protection, rather than getting the job done... Going to have a go at doing the repair myself....

A complete waste of time. Stafford is not the North but the South. I've never seen a property for Stafford yet! What waste of time they are. Ok Penkridge shows up once in a blue moon but what about Stafford? Why is the association located in Stafford?Year in and out the same properties and areas over and over. I'd give them 2 stars but think 3 is fair. Don't bother with this housing unless you want to move to Wolverhampton or Walsall .

The staff are rude workers do a crap job management are even worse

Cowboy management. I can't do repairs.company corrupt boss
director cowboy. cowboy contractors. Housing corruption management housing officers cowboys. Corrupting the content I can't do the repairs agreement. The worst company to deal with. Don't deal with them. Merry Christmas

Absolutely shocking customer service, had to move home due to private landlord selling up. They moved me in to a property where the fuse box is within 1 inch of the gas meter (should be 6 minimum), the toilet was leaking so much it left the wall with a damp problem I'm still trying to sort out 8 months later, the handle was loose on my living room window and their initial response was to board the entire window up, a pear tree in my bank garden that means my two year old can't use the garden properly. We had been in the property 3 weeks before a large pear fell from the branches and gave my son concussion. They should be ashamed of themselves.
