They sent me fakes. I bought off-white Jordan 1s. Or I thought I did. It all looked pretty legit until I looked at the insoles and instead of having the little bumps for traction or whatever that the reals have there was just nothing. I ordered from here before looking at the reviews and I regret it cause now I've got reps. Don't get scammed like me

After trying 2 different cards both had money on them I got one to go through...I thought finally got it done.then the next day they canceled the order..are you kidding me
I will never buy anything or attempt to buy anything from them again

I spent $200 on some Retro 3's and received the worst knock offs I've EVER seen. Absolutely HORRIBLE craftsmanship. I couldn't bear to give them to my daughter for her birthday. And when I requested a return, it wouldn't allow me to and wouldn't send me a shipping label. Customer service did respond within 24 hours but preceeded to ask me for 12 pictures before even discussing a return. I should've ordered from Flight Club.

UPDATE: I DID receive a refund. It wasn't for the full amount. And it wasn't even the amount sans shipping. It was short a little over $15. But l, I'm just happy I got my $ at all.

I called to cancel my order just hours after I placed it. They said they couldn't cancel since the order was already created. The shoes I ordered were shipped across country and then returned back to the warehouse. Even though UPS shows it arrived back there just a week later, it took me almost 3 months to get my money refunded. Every time I would call to find out about my refund, I would get a different story as to why it's not been refunded. I will never buy from them again.

Stadium Goods a horror. I ordered sneakers for my son for Christmas. The box arrived all banged up. I did not think anything as it was the holiday season and there were a lot of boxes being delivered. The sneakers did not fit my son. I sent the sneakers back. I was refused a refund as they claim the sneakers were worn. My son did not wear the sneakers. Horrible never again. They lost a customer

I ordered some Nike boots from Stadium Goods on Friday the 10th of February and they arrived today (15th). They are really really nice and the ordering process, including the shipping updates etc was top class.

Beware! I ordered my son a Supreme shirt from Stadium Goods for Christmas. $135.00. He did not like the style and they refused to let me return it. They sent an email stating their policy was a return time frame of 3 days from delivery. Absolutely ridiculous. From delivery? How could you ever purchase from them for a gift? They lost a long standing customer today. Their web site does not have a provision for customer reviews, I know why now.

How trustpilot could even give this company to stars is beyond me. I ordered a pair of shoes not reading the reviews first stupidly. I paid my $75 got a confirmation and when I went to check the order it said canceled. I looked through my emails and they sent a fake refund notice to me. I work in merchant services so I'm processing the charge back today but do not buy anything from this company what they want to do is borrow your money for as long as possible by sending you some cheap shoe that isn't what you ordered having you go through the process of sending it back and then getting to the refund process which they do not do. It's all fake and I've seen many companies like this before.

Sent some Yeezy slides back because they were too small, they didn’t refund me and still haven’t sent my shoes back. SCAM!!!

This is the worst store in the world. I ordered a pair of Nike shoes for my grandson size 5.5 and got a pair of women’s 12. Called to send them back and they said it was too late. Hadn’t even been 2 weeks. Suppose to get a call from a supervisor but probably won’t. They need to be shut down.

Sells fake trainers!!! when you notice they say you should have said within 3 days of receiving otherwise tough! Doesn’t help when you gift them and the person you give them to notices! They act all we have strict authentication process but all a load of rubbish. They also came in wrong box! Avoid like the plague!!

SCAM!! Multiple people I know have received fake sneakers from this company and investigation needs to happen. I wish I knew this before ordering from this company. If anyone reading this will join class action :have received fake sneakers, used sneakers, didn’t receive order, or didn’t receive refund. Ordered a pair of sneakers from these guys for my daughter as a Christmas gift.Recieved someone’s used pair of jordan 9 sneakers . Contacted the company and they requested pictures and apologized and was so nice . 3 days later they received the used sneakers that I shipped back to them. Then I received message stating that the shoes were worn and don’t belong to them so they stole $326 from me and continue to refuse to answer me now countless emails no response.

Ordered a pair of Yeezy slides 12/5/22 for my son I still haven’t received them I’m lost with no item and they still haven’t gave me my money back this is ridiculous I will never order from them again. I need my $165 asap it’s going on a month with nothing.

I ordered TWO pairs of male Yeezys for Christmas. received 1 pair of women’s Nikes. Called customer service and I have to send the Nikes back and once they get them 10 days later they will refund my money and THEN I can reorder the shoes I originally ordered. Dont think I will be reordering.

Ordered Nike Sun Clubs for my daughter for Christmas on 11/1. Tried to contact customer service several times through email, no response. Called again & finally got a rep who said I could not exchange sizes because it was over 30 days since we ordered. Thanks, Stadium Goods. Christmas ruined.

Thank God, I read these reviews. I was about to order some 40 below Timberland. I thought this was a reputable company but I see otherwise.
