As a rule, I have never taken this route before, but I am warning residents about Stage Zero. Just make sure from your side their calculations on the size and type of system is 200% accurate, otherwise they will hold you accountable. I am sure there are hundreds of satisfied clients out there, but be cautioned if the luck is not on your side and they make calculation errors.

They will not engage with you. You will only get a summons.

What an excellent system from Stage Zero, I'm truly impressed, and great help from Tebogo at customer service today

We had trouble with system not working and after a few calls to the call centre and technicians to be send out to us ROMANO SAVED THE DAY !!! He can get an increase and part of the technicians pay. He guided me (super friendly and patiently) through a lot of buttons and lights flickering till we finally saw the LIGHT. Thank you ROMANO

I really want to comment Tebogo Makheta for the excellent service that i received from him.Timeous positive response to my problem and ability to explain the challenge and tips on how future to resolve the challenge. That demonstrated excellent professional work ethics and customer care.I wish he keep up the good work.

Pricing and accounts. Have my 2 year contract which was paid on time every single months.
Unfortunately my unit was stollen and I had infirmed stage zero. Feedback was that after the 1year ant 4 months of use Stage Zero send me a outstanding amount of R6000. A brand new identical to their unit cost is R5999.
Also received numours call that their calculations is that I owe them R38 and needed immediately payment whilst I was in credit to my record.
Clients to take note of the close out clause pertaing when you need to submit back the rental back to Stage Zero

We’ve been hit by total grid outage since Saturday evening, with heavy rain over the last day or so. The technical support team has been absolutely amazing, thank you Stage Zero for your support and your service, even with all the questions I had. Great work🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
