Stage Zero QA'd product and had good communication
Minor issue with products I wanted to order was discovered prior to shipping, and Stage Zero did a good job QA'ing product rather than shipping to customers. Good communication despite the delay plus ensuring problem product did not ship equals a positive experience from my perspective. Received good quality product in an overall timely manner.
Also very easy to reach business owner/manager Donnie via phone or email and he is personally responsive, which gives me faith that they're trying to build a business with a solid positive reputation.
