Wait, wait, wait, wait for a shipping label to print

When using their app on a desktop computer, you have to wait an unreasonably long time for a shipping label to print. This happens because the system spends several minutes "calculating" the price after you enter the weight and address. In reality, there’s nothing complex to calculate - shipping rates are straightforward and easy enough for a 10-year-old to determine in seconds. Yet, the Stamps.com app takes minutes to produce a rate, as if someone in their Filipino support center were manually approving prices. It’s been this way for over a year, and it’s clear that upper management has no idea what’s really going on.
