These people are thieves.
I've emailed numerous times. They changed the name to The Rocking Chair promptly. But absolutely no replies. Yes my SHOP app says shipped. But obviously not.
Crooks, Theives, Scammers!!

October 24, 2020, I ordered a "free" dog bed, paid S&H of $14.97. Received one email about the company name change, and nothing since. The pet bed shows up in the Shop app as "shipped". I've never received any tracking numbers and have never received a reply to my numerous emails.

This is a scam.

just like everyone else. i am always telling people how i don't get scammed because i don't just give people money but dang it! it was for my feline best friend and i was scammed. ordered October 21 and it is now February 11 and not even an email or anything. just took my money. guess next time i will order thru amazon.

Just the same as everyone else, ordered in October, received numerous emails to be patient and changing names. Nothing and these days $30.00 plus is a lot to just throw away for nothing. This company is crap if at all real.

Scam!! Ordered a per bed in November. It even appears in my shop app and I still have no pet bed!

Facebook scam ordered in October never received and neither has my friend who also ordered one.

This site is a scam. Ordered on November 2 still no product 2 months later. No available tracking info and no response to repeated emails. This is bull. Now I'm out $30. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!

I also placed an order in late October, and on Jan. 10th still have not received anything, except an email saying the company changed its name. The linked page did not exist.

fraud no water fountain, I filed a claim with my credit card company. Ordered in October 2020 it is January 10 2021 still waiting on the no-existent water fountain.

I am like everyone else and placed an order back in October for the fountain, filters and bed. Few emails saying on its way with tracking. Then saying wrong tracking number was sent, then name change. The one tracking number said item was returned to sender. I should know that Facebook does not keep an eye on the companies that post items for sale. Lesson learned

I too have been SCAMMED...ordered pet bed on 10/27/20 and paid $14.95 for S/H and got an email saying they shipped....yet any link you hit says the company no longer exists!! FB needs to review these SCAM companies b4 allowing them to advertise!! Deplorable especially during a pandemic!!

SCAM Never recieved my order now store don't exist. I'm so angry charged my credit card $75 now I'm out that money.

Ordered on 10/28. Got confirmation of order but that was it. No products and of course the company no longer exists.

Shortly after making the purchase I was emailed by the company. 1-informing me they had changed their name from Starboost to The Rocking Chair. (It should be noted that their new site wasn’t the Rocking Chair but the Knocking Chair, odd right?) & 2-that tracking numbers had been mixed up and it would take an extra few days for me to receive my tracking info. Within a week of that last email, (There were a total of 3 emails sent by the company with no invoking on my part) still no tracking info, I reached out inquiring about the tracking info. RADIO SILENCE. 4 emails sent by myself later and still NOTHING. I have requested a refund, expressed my concerns that this company was in fact a scam and still 3 MONTHS LATER, No response, no tracking info, no dog bed, no refund, no nothing. I don’t believe I have any option but to take this as a $20.21, time and headaches lesson learned. I just want to warned others about the experience I had. I truly believe this company is scamming customers and frequently changing their company name, domain possibly contact and support info.

I really wish I could give this “company” negative stars! Ordered back in October. Received an email with tracking number but have still not gotten my dog beds even after many emails to them.

I ordered the Stainless Steel Fountain and extra filters back in October.
So many excuses - Backed up mailroom, Mixed up tracking numbers, New email address, Company Rebranding.
It's been complete silence after requesting the new contact information. Just long enough to go beyond the date of disputable charges.

SCAM - Stainless Steel pet water fountain and filters - from Facebook- same story as everyone else. Emails about tracking and then a company name change. When you click links, it comes up as nothing found. Just submitted a dispute w/ my CC. Purchased in early October, still nothing.
