Exceptional service from this firm with regard to the sale of a property which was far from straight forward. The entire firm from reception onwards were friendly, professional, great value for money being completely transparent with fees and always responded in a timely way. Saneh and the team provided fantastic service with an approachable manner which made the whole process much less stressful. Dealing with Saneh and her team who were super helpful and efficient in managing the sale of our late mother’s house. It was not a straight forward process because of our buyers who amongst other issues had to change solicitors mid way and we required a land registry restriction lifted but we trusted Saneh who dealt with all queries very professionally and in a timely manner.

I would have liked to receive an initial advice letter setting out the expected time frames and key stages of my matter as I didn’t know what to expect, but I raised this with them and they called me promptly and explained it to me clearly.
