Had the impression the company uses inexperienced and unsupervised staff without the necessary supervision. The experience with the company was appalling. They would ask for AML information which we provided, then they would revert to say would we please repeat the submission in a certain format. Why didn't they provide instructions with the first request?? Created so much wasted time.

Knowledge, upfront and honest staff

Contacted them about a legal matter. They stated that someone would contact me. They did by email asking me to call them back. I did. Left a message for the solicitor that I had called when they had asked. They never responded.
Very poor customer service if they can't provide a good service when you are v trying to engage them and give them money I can only guess what it would be like after engaging them.

Punika was absolutely brilliant in enabling me and my husband to purchase our first home. Even when things got complicated with delays, Punika kept us fully informed and did everything possible to keep the process moving along. I would highly recommend Starck Uberoi Solicitors. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Engaged these solicitors to manage the sale of our property. Bad decision. They are slow. They don't communicate. You have to push for updates. They don't advise you that claim x or y from the buyer's solicitor should be rejected / is not required. You get emails saying that your contact is on leave now from x date - no advance warning. Terrible service. Not proactive at all. You don't get the feeling that they are on your side. If I could give a zero rating I would.
