We replaced our starfrit rock electric fry pan after 3 1/2years with a new one. This one is terrible! Starting peeling and pieces od the coating started falling off. Sent pics and date of purchase to starfrit customer service and after 3 days we were told that we obviously used metal utensils and cleaned it with abrasive pads. Don't know how the first one lasted so long. We used it with no problem. We know how to use and clean appliances like that! But they did offer us 30% off a new one! Why would I bother.

I purchased a Starfit rock pan set from Costco in UK couple of years ago. It is disappointing to invest in a product that fails to meet your expectations. The coating of the pans is not durable and peels off after a few uses, which is a serious issue. The fact that the coating is peeling off means that the pans are no longer safe to use as it can lead to plastic ingestion, which can cause health problems. This is not only frustrating but also dangerous, and it is unacceptable for a product to have such a serious flaw.

The manufacturer claims that the product is dishwasher safe, but this is not correct. The coating will simply peel off if you put them in a dishwasher.

Overall, based on my experience, I would not recommend the Starfit rock pan set to others. The issue with the coating peeling off is a major concern, and the fact that they are not dishwasher safe only adds to the inconvenience.

I recently purchased the Starfrit Air Fryer Convection Oven. I am of course just getting accustomed to it. But l was wondering is there any where, be it online or perhaps in a bookstore that you can purchase a cook book for this unit. I fine the cooking instructions in the booklet rather vague.

I have mostly alot of your cookware I love everything they cook so good pots grills frying pans I wouldn't have anything else

The electric Rock frying pan is great. It cooks evenly and heats up. Did not stick and I love the 9x13 size too!
Last year i bought a t-fal electric pan and it would only heat in the center right from brand new.
Hoping this "Rock" electric frying pan lasts for a couple years.

Just got the air fryer/convection oven for Christmas. So far what I have tried just out good. I do find it get very hot on my counter. SO FAR SO GOOD

I found that the controls on my air fryer where very easy to read and the food was cooked just perfect after a few tries

love the rice cooker we bought in walmart and i tried using it rightaway the rice cook well🥰

The Starfrit mightican Electric can opener was a great purchase I was tired using the hand opener's So glad I Purchased the Item

Just purchased the Heritage Rock electric skillet at Canadian Tire. It was easy to assemble and looks great. Quick heating seems to be a positive feature. A review would be more accurate after a year or so...however, our family is looking forward to great cooking over a long, long period. Our previous skillet came to a haste demise when a new puppy pulled it off the kitchen island. This one is sturdier and the rubber caps on the legs grip the counter better. Very happy so far and most pleased with an amazingly low price at the Canadian Tire in New Glasgow, Nova Scotia.

Just bought the Heritage air fryer and grill and have already used it 3 times. Used the "roast" button and the "grill" button and was quite happy with the result for both. I will certainly tell my friends about it. Really wanted it for the "grill" feature. Being able to "grill" indoors in the winter is awesome!

I purchased a 10 piece cookware set from Costco UK.
3 of the pans have only lasted just over 12 months…. The metal grate at the bottom has started to come away, I threw them away before realising they had a 3year warranty as they’ve scratched my brand new induction hob!

Just received my new Starfrit 12 cup coffeemaker and it is an awesome machine. Looks great and very east to operate. I know I will love it!

I am a senior and just bought a new star frit air fryer. love it as it makes cooking my meals so much easier.

Purchased a juicer with two plastic drinking bottles. This is an excellent idea as the large jars and be placed in the refrigerator for later use and still use the second bottle for other drink mixing. A powerful motor can handle raw fruits and ice cubes.
