Currently having big issues with this…

Currently having big issues with this company. Purchased an extra bright star £29.99 and had a link to a certificate and booklet sent, while checking out online it asks you about which delivery option you want express £4.99 or standard etc and nowhere does it say it will be an email. I spoke to them, upgraded to a gift set, an extra £20 after they told me in email everything that will come with it in the post. Today I’ve received a certificate that’s bent and no gift set. Awaiting on yet another response from them, this was originally ordered 10 days ago! Have requested full gift set or full refund to purchase from star name registry whom I was meant to order from
