I was looking fir a unique gift for my best friend. Sge loves astrology. If she didn't mahor in criminal science she would have been in astronomy.

I ordered one of these star packages in memory of a loved one and I love it! It’s such a unique and personal gift that I’m getting two more for stocking stuffers for my kids. The certificates are great and they can look at their star from anywhere they are.

I paid €134 for the deluxe pack. I named a star after my parents and wrote a message to them in my native language. I received the e-mail with the pdf certificate promptly, and realized immediately that most of the spaces between the words in my message had been removed. I contacted them within 10 minutes of receiving the certificate, and they didn't reply for 10 days, which was when the physical copy arrived. Just like in the pdf, the message for my parents was completely messed up. I contacted them again asking for a replacement, for which I was asked to pay another €55.
If you want to buy a star for somebody, leave the message part blank. It's safer to write the message in a letter.

Hello, I read your reply to my email about the 2 certificates that I've ordered from your company that still haven't arrived. You say things are held up by my mail service provider because of high demand over the holidays. We aren't in any holiday period in Australia and haven't been for months so how can you use that excuse?..... I have in good faith paid you $229 for the Spernova star package plus 2 of the certificates from you. All I have received is a email with links to print off copies of certain things which actually cost me more money to get them professionally printed. I've waited patiently for the certificates to arrive but still nothing. I asked you for the tracking numbers for the certificates that I paid you $150 for but you won't even supply me with them. You must know the tracking numbers as how else would you know why the delivery of the 2 certificates have been delayed?.... Again can you please supply me with the tracking numbers for the 2 certificates uve paid you for......I have looked at your refund policy and there is NO REFUND POLICY.....these certificates were bought after the death of a 44 year old man from Leukaemia who has 3 young children. Can you please do more to help me as I am so disappointed in what is happening. I've waited over a month. My order number is 164439

I bought this as a birthday gift for a friend for their birthday. It was easy to customize! They cried! I am so glad this service is available.

The process was simple and fast. I had my registration within a few days of my order. It was a gift for my mother in law. She was so excited to receive a star. It really made this Christmas special. I would recommend Star Register to anyone looking for a meaningful gift

Well they never sent my registration number just the location never emailed me back after they replied I wanted my money back and I was ignored. Still no email back.

I bought a star for my daughter for her birthday. I named it after her (Isabella) and it had her birth sign and her birthday. She was very excited and happy the smile and reaction was priceless. This was the best gift ever. Oh and we both cried happy tears.

Was ready to plunk down hard earned money to buy a star. Did my research and found they misrepresented EVERYTHING!

They have no authority to sell them anymore than I do!

And they're not even associated with any scientific site that is!

They're not even recognized by anyone who actually is in the scientific community and names the stars.

Cool star. Bought it for a friend

This was the best thing I could do for a friend who felt like she was alone and without. The star that’s named for her means so much to her and I’m thankful that Star Register helped me give that to her.

My girlfriend loved this! I got it for her for our anniversary gift when we got back together after 23 years apart. She’s my soulmate and what better than a star to symbolize that!

Named a star for a child we loss during pregnancy so they can be forever in the sky & remember by. It was also the perfect gift for someone who has everything & not materialistic but more sentimental.

I found the process of placing my order very simple. I loved that you could add a personalised messaged as well, I thought this was fantastic as I ordered this as a birthday present for my niece. The customer service team are also fantastic and were very quick to help with an issue I was having. I would definitely order again!
