I am very pleased with the certificate and star chart. I did have a problem with my items not showing up on time and sent an email regarding the issue. My email was answered within hours and they corrected the issue promptly and to my full satisfaction. Several emails were sent back and forth and always answered promptly and professionally. Would order again and recommend to others.
