First time customer here, I had direct contact with someone to find the specific car I wanted and all the arrangements were made for the car to be dropped off and collected. After many attempts to find a good car rental company in London in the last 2 years, we found Starr. Ike was always available for us (and he knows we texted hundred of times), and Andrew was also always available. Before, during and after the service. Always happy to assist even during a few changing during the rentals. Never say no, never with a bad humour. Outstanding team and outstanding cars. Imaculated. This is the company we will keep wotking with for sure. Great Job guys.

Spoke to Andrew late Thursday, and Organised an Audi R8 to be delivered Friday morning. First class service can’t recommend highly enough. Andrew went above and beyond to assist with quick delivery and collection. Would definitely use again.

Can't recommend this company highly enough - customer service were super quick coming back to me, which was vital given my request was last minute. Beautiful car, very comfortable and clean; the chauffeur, Hanan, was punctual and he was friendly without being over-bearing - we had landed from a long haul flight and he gave us quiet and privacy, whilst being amicable and welcoming, which was just what we needed.

I couldn't be happier with the service received from Starr Luxury Cars. I booked (at very short notice) a Rolls Royce Dawn as a surprise to my other half for our wedding. The car was delivered to our home address 45 minutes ahead of schedule and in immaculate condition. Three days after collection, we have received the deposit back. We will definitely use Starr Luxury Cars again and recommend it to our friends and family.

We hired the Jet Class and V Class Mercedes vehicles for a day out at the NFL in London. Jet Class was particularly superb, luxurious and great fun. It was a very relaxing trip, and the return much the same.

Quick and professional service, with a completely painless drop off and collection.

I hired a 2020 Porsche 911 (992) S for three days from this excellent company and had a fantastic experience. The service was superb and driving this super car is a dream. Delivery and collection make the whole process very convenient. I will be using Starr Luxury Cars again in the near future and highly recommend them.

Great service from enquiry to delivery. The car was in an immaculate condition. Pickup, onboarding and return was very easy and stress free. Choose Starr Lux Cars if you truly want a luxury experience - you won't want to return the car!

Average. There's room for improvement.
Initially wanted to hire a Bentley Continental GTC which fair enough, was not available. Understandably as I was looking for a gift last minute, having been let down.
I don't know what I expect from the service industry these days however, I do feel there was something lacking. First call was ok but got the impression that the sales guy didn't think I was serious about the hire, (I don't like being made to feel this way).
The second call I made to them a man picked up the phone and said "Hello". I asked who I was through to and he sarcastically gave the company name in a tone like I should know who I have dialled. I hasten to add I hung up as did not need anyone's bad day attitude. This initially put me off calling them again but I'm tenacious and needed a gift (or I would not have done), so I called back again and spoke to the original salesman. This experience was slightly disconcerting as I was about to spend a shed load of money on a Company I'd never used before and scam alert warnings are thrust down our throats every minute of the day. This really did not inspire confidence. I eventually confirmed everything else by email (audit trails).
There was a mess up with the bill at the end whereby I was advised that I had done approx. 211 miles over my quota. Ok it was rectified after I was advised that the final bill included drop off and delivery mileage and shouldn't have, also there was an 1/8 less in the tank. Yes but it arrived with an 1/8 less as you dropped it in Kent. The same situation will be apparent for the return journey.
Not ideal to be told I was going to be charged £££ per mile extra, made my heart jump a bit.
All in all average service, there was no above and beyond service which is the expectation, especially when spending thousands. This said I would use them again and hopefully they will exceed expectation next time. I know you must get a lot of time wasters however, please try to up your game guys.
My partner loved the gift of the alternate car that I chosen for 3 days hire and has not been privy to my experience as I know this would have spoiled it.
The guy who delivered the car, Ben, is a diamond and a total asset!!
