Hauswartung & Reinigung Stars Gmbh aus 8575 Bürglen TG Schweiz

Die Unternehmung Stars Gmbh aus 8575 Bürglen TG in der Schweiz verspricht und präsentiert sich als starker, verlässlicher und kompetenter Partner im Bereich der Hauswartung, Gartenpflege, Entsorgungen und Reinigungen.

Leider kann ich dies als Kunde und Besitzer mehrerer Immobilien nicht vollständig bestätigen;
- Abmachungen wurden mehrfach seitens der Geschäftsführung nicht eingehalten.
- Versprochene Arbeiten und Services wurden teils nicht aus- bzw. durchgeführt.
- Arbeiten wurden teils nicht sorgfältig oder ausreichend ausgeführt.
- Kontaktaufnahme schwierig und kompliziert (obwohl anscheinend ein 24/7 Pikettdienst vorhanden ist); mehrere Tage keine Rückmeldung.

Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen ist das Unternehmen Stars Gmbh aus 8575 Bürglen TG aus meiner Sicht nicht weiter zu empfehlen.
Bei Bestandskunden wird empfohlen, besonderes Augenmerk auf sämtliche Angelegenheiten zu legen und diese periodisch penibel zu überprüfen.
