Never received my order from last year

I ordered two items of the same size, one came right and one of wrong size, much smaller. I asked for a resolution, and they stared to send me mails with meaningless quests: take picture of this, measure that, and so on. It was obvious they do whatever it takes to avoid resolving the very obvious issue.
BTW, the quality is mediocre at best.

It was easy to navigate right the way throught to paying.

I ordered a dress from StarsDone for $43 and received a completely incorrect, low-quality item that looks nothing like what I paid for. When I contacted their so-called "support," I was met with a series of insulting refund offers ($7, $16, $21, then $25) — all while being told to keep the wrong item.

They refused to send the correct dress or issue a full refund, despite clear proof that they messed up the order. This is not customer service — it's a textbook scam.

I've had to escalate the matter to the Consumer Commission, the FTC, and report them to Google and Alibaba Cloud. I’ve also started a chargeback with my bank.

Do not trust this company. They are dishonest, evasive, and unethical. If you've been scammed too, speak up and report them everywhere you can. Let’s get them taken down.

The company sent me the wrong vest i was wanting the nano vest they sent a water vest.

Forwarding and support were absolutely top, BUT the clothing's colours don't match the ones on your pictures AND your "M" size is rather an "L" than a "M". Tks & rgds.

Customer Service was wonderful! Blouses were beautiful. Fast delivery. Thank you.

It’s been two months since I ordered my purse. They have since charged me randomly $29 twice. I had to cancel my card and was able to get reimbursed by one of the $29 charges, the other didn’t go through because my Venmo account didn’t have an enough funds. I’m glad I ordered it with my Venmo debit because I have it set up so that funds don’t get automatically transferred into it from my bank. I also get instant messages when a purchase is made m. As soon as I saw a second charge of $29 trying to go through, I had to call Venmo and cancel my card. What a hassle! It will be two months this week and still no purse!

Don't buy anything from this website! I ordered some shoes, they never shipped them, but they did charge me the money, and a few days later they tried to make a transaction from my credit card I used for the purchase... another scam!!!!!.

Product not as described. Dress advertised as 100% linen, was cotton/polly. Poor quality fabric. I thought washing might help but still felt like plastic AND it shrunk to a length that I will not wear. Now they won't take it back. Complete waste of money. AVOID!

Don't buy anything from this website!,! They sent me a dress that didn't fit didn't look like what they had on line and the material was shocking. When I contacted them they offered me 4us the dress actually cost me 67aus dollars . If you have any brains don't buy it from these people

I recieved shirts ridiculously small size requested bigger and was told they would give 6 dollars refund and keep the shirts what a joke I will go to PayPal

Ads. did not match the product, 1st; the shipping period was too long . 2nd; product is being made and shipped from China. [ not that all products from China is of low quality or grade ] But the claim of nano tach bulletproof and stabproof protective vest is just false. What i received was too small for extra-large, the material was compose of 3 fabrics that were meshed in to 1 layer. I was able to poke holes in it with a small steak knife, little effort. When you think of protecting your family and yourself you need quality products and fellow Americans this is not it.

Still having issues with getting a refund for purchases. I immediately notified the company the shirts
I ordered were too small and requested a return authorization. NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.. AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

The product that I received is not like the web Page. Bad quality, diferent style and color.

I received a different product than the one I ordered (moreover of very bad quality) they propose a refund of 4 $ against an expense of 39 euros!
No further comment is necessary.

Dreadful I ordered 2dresses at 20 dollars each supposedly cotton and linen, what a joke 100%polyester and cheap polyester, offered 4 dollars and to keep the dresses yuk no thanks after numerous e mails the offer crept up to 18 dollars, because I wanted a full refund due to being not as advertised now the want the dress back for a refund dreadful scam thieves, the dresses are where they belong with the rest of the rubbish
