Customer service really good with my breakdown and called me regularly whilst I was waiting for recovery time make sure I was ok. The recovery driver was super helpful too

Excellent service from StartRescue from the moment I reported the issue. We were at Festival of Speed, we stopped at Oxford Services, our Q7 broke down. Recovery arrived in 90 minutes but could not see the issue and advised they would arrange a recovery truck. After 90 minutes I called StartRescue and they advised the call had been closed by the recovery company that attended. StartRescue then pulled out all the stops and got another recovery truck to pick up the car, sort out my onward travel and resolve the parking issue with A34 Peartree Services (parking ticket). Such great service I recommend them highly to anyone as prices are great and service is brilliant. My car arrived a few days later (as planned) as we were 400 miles from home when we broke down.

Using the app was easy and the response to confirm the waiting time was so prompt and they arrived well within the alloted time given. The technician was polite and friendly and had a wealth of knowledge and was spot on with the problem which I managed to get fixed the same day.

Everything a breakdown service should be. Everyone polite and efficient.

Easy to contact with the app. Keeps you informed atevery stage. Enquires if you have heard from the assistance and then if it has arrived. I waited less than an hour. First class service.

Arrived in about 40 mins. Beyond his capabilities but diagnosed the problem accurately then took me to garage to have it sorted. Brilliant!

The first breakdown van arrived within half an hour which was great. Unfortunately the car could not be repaired at the roadside and a low loader was requested. Specialist equipment was required and the need for this was passed to Start Rescue. A different company came out to transport the car but the need for the specialist equipment was not passed on.

I was kept informed of what was happening. Very happy with the service

The Start Rescue service was great from start to finish i had to wait 3 hour's but it was the holiday season and I was at home. So I recommend them as a good Vehicle breakdown service.

From start to finish the mechanic was very friendly and very knowledgeable. They did arrive afternoon instead of the morning. But as the car was on our drive anyway wasn't a big issue. A thorough check was done on the car and decision made for him to return a week later to do a job on the pistons (replace as misfiring) possibly causing the stop start button to stop working. Price was given and we agreed. Hopefully will solve the problem. Service was excellent with full explanations. Very happy with this company and RAC

A bit long winded with initial phone connection but after that the response was quick,problem was quickly diagnosed. The engineer was quick and efficient and the car was back on the road within 20 mins.

I’ve hardly had to use my rescue service, but they came to my aid when the car didn’t start. Bit of a faff to begin with when I had to fill out a form online, but I quickly got a reply telling me which local company was coming and how long it would take them to get to me. Kept updating the time which was good. I knew it wasn’t the battery and the repairman agreed but diagnosed it was the starter motor. He managed to bump start the car enabling me to drive myself to the garage to get it sorted out.

First class service.
Technician was with me after approx 35 mins.
Car recovered to chosen garage.
He was professional,friendly and helpful.

Rescue were there within 5 minutes ad sorted by the cheeriest breakdown technician ever! Proper job!

Start rescue are great, they've never let me down and if my garage is closed (weekends eg) they will still take car to garage on when open. Would definitely recommend

My latest experience with Startrescue was superb. I broke down on the hard shoulder of the motorwsy with my young son. I was able to speak to an operator immediately, I was given a prompt ETA for recovery, and then the operators then continued to phone me back every 15 minutes to make sure we were still safe and okay.
The ETA for recovery was met and the breakdown driver was polite, friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful.
All this for a great price!!
