Honest small business offering rare treasures

Excellent small business with great customer service, a wonderful selection of hard-to-find items, honest product descriptions, reasonable pricing, careful packaging/labeling and quicker-than-expected shipping times. I am especially grateful they offer magnetic hematite beads (hard to find!) and label them clearly with safety guidance. These beads are both beautiful and functional; wonderfully helpful managing some chronic issues. I am so grateful to have found this "stateside" vendor. :-)

Very happy with the entire process

This was my first order with Stateside Bead Supply and I'm very happy with the entire process from placing the order to the delivery of my package. The only thing that could improve is to put the actual product codes (under item #) on the invoice as it would streamline my recordkeeping a bit.

Our apologies, Ruth, for the late arrival of your package. Even though we shipped your package right after the New Year's holiday, your package got hung up due to adverse weather, aka the bomb cyclone, that hit your area.

Oh, how we wish we could control the movements of USPS and storms. Please note, this is not a typical turn around time for packages. Most packages arrive within 2 to 4 days. I'll make a note on your account to give you free shipping on your next order and pray the weather is more cooperative!
