I'm sorry that your parcel was not delivered on time, but I feel this is a grossly unfair reflection of the service you received, given it is Royal Mail's fault for not delivering your item on time.
Your order was placed on Wednesday May 17th, and dispatched with Royal Mail Special Delivery on Monday 22nd May. We went above and beyond our usual delivery service (tracked and much cheaper!) to try and meet your deadline and unfortunately, you were failed by Royal Mail's inability to deliver on time. We also added an additional item, worth £30, as an apology for your initial delays.
Again, I'm sorry for the delay you have incurred.
