Amber Taylor ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Amber dealt with my insurance purchase very well. She was well informed and very professional. Her advice was spot on. The insurance quote was very reasonable and because of the way it was handled I chose to go ahead without any further shopping around.

Rae is No 1 with a big heart

I have been dealing with Rae for quite a few weeks due to issues getting trade insurance and she stuck with me through all of it she helped us get trade insurance explaining everything to the company what are issues were and making them understand and except us if is wasn’t for her we wouldn’t be able to get the trade insurance if anyone wants to call this company ask for Rae she is an amazing young lady and a very understanding one with a big heart which you do not come across a lot these days. No matter your issues she will help as much as she can and always keep you informed with what’s going on she never ignores your emails or your calls. This company have amazing people there they are polite and respectful but Rae she is something else. Thank you so much for everything you done for us you are an outstanding young lady with a big heart

Quotes for insurance renewal

After receiving reminder for new insurance there was some confusion over policy. I spoke with Adrian Hodgkins and he kindly phoned me back to explain the problem. My quotes were acceptable and Adrian explained the details asking if I had any questions. Very polite and patient when I didn’t quite understand . Would insure with them again

I was involved in an accident 5th nov…

I was involved in an accident 5th nov 24. My taxi was held at the police pound until the matter was settled at court. I paid this policy faithfully for an entire year , although the taxi was off the road. I got my renewal in at the start of October 25. My policy was increased from £1700 to a staggering ££3850. It was explained to me that until it was settled at court it was being treated as a fault accident claim , hence the massive increase. I agreed to it , while still not driving the vehicle, still at the pound. The other week, I was found not guilty , ie: aquited. I then spoke with stavely about reassessing my policy premium. I was told it would not be reduced, as there was nobody to reclaim the cost of repairs and lawyers cost. So when being told my premium would be reassessed , this was in fact not true. I have since found another insurer to take my buisseness to. I have been quoted a reasonable price of £1900. I then approachedstavelyhead, to ask for my proof of no claims, which they are only giving me 80% although I paid for protected no claims when taking my policy out. I also reluctantly agreed with this. So moving forward , I asked if I could simply cancel, ie: let this policy run out at the end of the month. They told me , if I opt for this option , I would need to pay them another£1800 approximately. How can this be even legal. I would advise anyone dealing with stavelyhead to be very , very cautious. I will never deal with, or recommend this company again. I have now been in touch with the ombudsman . Taxi driver, in Glasgow. An update since trying to sort this mess out. Stavelyhead have now told me I owe £138 instead of the £1800 they wanted last week. No apologies at all from any department. There excuse was it was a system error. I’m not accepting this. The wrong information may have put into the system to end up with there results = £1800. That’s approximately £1660 of an overpayment they were wanting. This is simply not good enough in this day and age of technology. To be honest they, should have wiped out the £138 and more so should have compensated me for all the stress , not to mention the dozens of phone calls I had to make to them. If you do read this, please be very careful with dealing with this company.

campervan…insurance quote

I asked for a quote for campervan insurance, I dealt with Amber Taylor who was very helpful & competent. The quote was very competitive so I proceeded to payment. The whole process was easy & Amber explained everything very well. Thank you, I will be back when my house insurance is due.

Excellent Service.

A pleasant experience when renewing my Motorhome Insurance, I normally shop around but have always found Staveley Head to be the most competitive price. Infact the price has reduced for the last two years. Amber was extremely polite and knowledgeable when dealing with my renewal.

A very pleasant and helpful operator…

A very pleasant and helpful operator (Amber Taylor) listened to a problem I had with my current insurer and gave me some very good advice and found me another provider at half the price of my current one. Thank you Amber.

I was sent a renewal quote via email…

I was sent a renewal quote via email and after a few days was contacted, about it from a member of staff Amber Taylor.
She was very polite and knew what I was doing.
After going though everything and with a few tweaks she was able to get it cheaper.
Amber took time after explaining everything that I was happy and if there was anything I wasn’t sure about. I felt comfortable and in fact after finishing everything was relaxed unlike some other companies I’ve spoken to.
Definitely highly recommended

Would recommend this company to anyone searching for insurance coverage, very polite and helpful staff and a special thank you to amber Taylor for all your help with setting up a new policy, life would be so much easier if dealing with staff like amber
