Great quality coat, the fit was exactly what I wanted, perfect length and fit on the shoulders.

Really good waterproof and wind protection, great for before and after outdoor exercise/activities, not just something you use as an everyday coat!

I’m not too happy with the coat but I guess it’s a lot cheaper than the premium brands!! The coat feels very heavy and cumbersome compared to other that I have now tried on, I use the coat for dog walking and the bottom part of the coat seems to hang to the right making it uncomfortable sometimes and it also isn’t as waterproof as claimed! I wore it for 1hr in the rain this morning and the rain comes through on the shoulders which isn’t great!! I will be buying a different brand for next winter!

Absolutely love my lightweight camo robe (blue with pink lining ) used it for a few months now.
It's roomy enough to layer if needed but light enough to pack easily into a rucksack. I keep it permanently in my camper van and use for everything from running to shower block, walking the dogs and heading out in the rain. I have recommended to friends and family and they're also really happy with their coats.

I Ordered a dog walking robe in black with pink fleece lining and what an amazing product!
Quality is fabulous, sizing perfect I ordered a small and I am a 10/12… enough room for a sweater under if needed but tbf the fleece lining is very thick and feels toasty warm with just a T-shirt. I cannot fault the service I received from the company either, speedy delivery with tracking info thanks to Carl in head office!
I would definitely purchase again 😊

So I found this company online after searching for a dog walking coat. The company seemed honest in their replies back to customers which made me confident in purchasing one of there coats. After purchasing I noticed I made an error in sizing, I contacted their customer service team who was so helpful and got it changed before my coat was sent out. I feel some of the online reviews are very tainted as my coat was perfect. Would highly recommend !!

Quality and fit are superb.
Bought originally for a dog walking coat, now an everyday coat including School runs.

I ordered a coat from Stay Dry and it arrived in good time.
The coat quality was OK, the inside toweling was scratchy and I wouldn't want to use with a swimsuit. Definitely not worth the £129 price tag!
I returned as instructed. When my refund notification came thru they had deducted £4 for postage and £6.40 for Restocking! Upon review there terms say "on certain occasions we may charge a restoking fee". Surely they do or don't charge this as all returns are the same process? When queried they completely ignored my question and I'm still trying to get an answer.
Seems to me they use returns as a means to charge a fee and pocket it.
Be careful! and I wouldn't recommend them.!!

Update 3 Sept: I have had a few emails back and forth with the company and the short answer is they have refunded to me the repacking and postage deductions. This is what I wanted but I shouldn't of had to fight for it. Please Please be wary of this companies hidden charges.

I purchased a StayDry BreezeLite Walkies Summer Coat last month after searching for a lighter equivalent of my winter coat. When it arrived it was too big. Customer Services were extremely helpful and we arranged an exchange. I received my smaller size today and am delighted - both with my coat and with the service and help I received.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. They sent a soiled coat. Some to and fro about discounts. They suggested I should just wash it?? It was decided I would send it back for a refund. They said as good will, they would pay for postage. A few says later, I inquired about my refund and they informed me a replacement coat was sent. That wasn’t what I asked for. More emails and then an extremely aggressive phone call, basically saying why do I want a refund. I quoted their Refund Policy about customer satisfaction. This was argued not to be their policy, but terminology???? I am disabled and this stress is awful. I asked them for a tracking number of the unwanted replacement coat and they haven’t responded. No coat, no refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER

*So after reading the ridiculous reply from them, I feel I must make an addition. I had to raise a dispute with PayPal about this company. They reviewed all my evidence and ruled in my favour. My refund is waiting to clear as I write. Please, for your own sanity do not listen to any lies from them and don't buy their filthy second rate Macs.

Bought a coat from them, it got lost with Evri and they immediately re sent one with Royal Mail. Coat was too small so I returned it on Thursday for an exchange for a bigger size, was sent and delivered on the Monday

I love this coat… went for the grey/pink camo and I can’t get over how warm it keeps me. I wasn’t sure when I was looking as I had seen a similar product but it had a huge logo on the back which I didn’t like, this doesn’t it’s discrete.. So glad I invested in one.
The quality feels so good and the fit is perfect. So many people have commented on it and I haven’t hesitated in recommending this company. I’ve found them so easy to deal with.
I got my daughter one as well as I was so impressed.

Bought my first stay dry around a month ago. I went for the camo/pink and absolutely love it.
It's a sensible fit and not big and baggy like the change robes you see about and no big logos on the back is a big plus for me.
I use this coat for more than I thought I would. I initially wanted it for dog walking but as it's so lovely , warm and stylish I find myself wearing it most days.
The quality of the coat is excellent, durable zips, great roomy pockets which are fleece lined.
Been out in some really bad weather and have been blown away by how genuinely waterproof this coat is.
My mum is now buying one, as is my aunty and daughter.
Luckily lots of lovely colours to chose from!!
Love it!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COWBOY. Zip came away from the fabric after a few wears in first month and now won’t fasten. Their MO is to tell anyone that complains that you have ‘misused it’ and they won’t refund. I’m just getting my money back via ‘Chsrgeback’ via my bank given the coats are not fit for purpose and faulty. They will also be charged by Shopify for this process. In this scenario the burden of proof is on the company to prove you misused it, which of course, they can’t do.

This was their initial response btw, which tells you all you need to know about the sort of cowboys they are. Also rebranded from ‘Rusty Zipper’ AVOID AT ALL COSTS 🙄 :-

I can also check this with YKK.

Unfortunately, some people have never used a two-way zip. so, we advise how to use these zips because care must be taken.

We have had buyers emailing stating the zips did not work, when infact they did not realise the two-way zip has two pullers 😉

Its amazing how people don't seem to put their brain in gear, before they get onto complain when infact the problem is there doing.

Unfortunately, its everybody else's fault these days and they like to pass the blame or make threatening gestures to get what they want. Very sad.

As we stated in our returns policy which you agree with automatically when buying from us, is that you need to send it back for inspection.

My first Staydry robe coat - happy with warmth of coat and fit. A bit disappointed with stitching on interior zip pocket - half of pocket lining not attached to zip. Felt stitching on rest of coat could have been neater also. The robe hanging loop is very small and needs to be a lot bigger - just seems a very small loop to hang such a heavy robe. Zip on coat seems sturdy but find I have to zip it up in stages - doesn’t zip that easy - but maybe that could be because it is such a long zip. Purchased the coat for winter dog walks - so will keep coat despite my concerns- seems warm and wind proof for winter conditions.

I bought my first coat earlier in the year! I loved it so much, I then went on to buy the pink camo coat which I absolutely love it fits so nicely and I love the colour.
I use mine for camping and when we get bad weather which is often as they are perfect for when it pours down!
The double zip makes them ideal to change under as well which makes life easy while camping!
I’ve now bought my mum one for Christmas!! Love love love!

The worst company I have ever dealt with. The customer service I received was utterly shocking and was direct bullying!!!! Very verbally abusive even though they sent the wrong product they refused to refund me the return postage. Please please do not purchase from this company!

The reply from the company is totally untrue, confirming how untrustworthy they are.They have also emailed me threatening me since I wrote the review.
