The customer service provided by Ryan was excellent. He was patient and professional and checked each statement and asked for confirmation in a very pleasant manner (not like a robot who sticks to the questions and say: ‘please answer yes or no’). In addition, I asked about a summer discount since I missed the opportunity of using my voucher which he was able to offer after checking with his supervisor.
Overall, Ryan provided an excellent service and I had a pleasant experience.

Great quote which met all of our…
Great quote which met all of our requirements. Dropped a star because, initially, I was waiting for a specialist’s report with regards to a broken shoulder injury. My initial enquiry was to see if we would get cover but within hours, and for a couple of days after that I was bombarded with telephone calls which was most unwelcome. I guess I had answered the calls would have stopped but I didn’t want to get into a ‘hard sell’ conversation. All’s well in the end because we have suitable cover at a suitable price.
