Generally seamless booking experience. Only minor gripe - it would be nice to be able to select new booking dates from the "sailing/pricing available" page. You can shift a day in either direction,... See more

Used through necessity, as they are the only provider across to the Island via the sea. On the whole they do a good job. If you can upgrade, I'd recommend as it can make the sometimes bumpy journey, more comfortable.

Price Hike! I checked the prices of a trip to the Isle of Man on Tuesday evening, cost of taking the camper over £336.00 in the 5 day bracket. Spoke to family Wednesday morning to check all ok to visit and booked then, and lo and behold the price for the exact same sailings was up by £40.00 to £376.00. I cannot understand why this would be - everything was exactly the same and less than 24 hour since I checked. This is not the first time this has happened and I feel very aggrieved at being ripped off with such a hike in prices. In the past I have phoned the office to ask why and was told tickets at the original price had been sold in the mean time! There is nowhere on the site that says that there are a limited number of tickets at a certain price - perhaps that might be a good starting point for the Steam Packet - open and honest pricing structure. Sorry for the rant!

Hard to follow all instructions .must be a simpler way to book .
Also your prices are becoming a rip off .
Specially for competitors and sponsors for motorcycle races .

After trying a few times to Book the Steam Packet from Dublin to Isle of Man and return , I was successful in booking the dates I wanted for TT 2026 , quite easy when dates are available?

The website feels outdated, as though it hasn't been updated since the early 2000s. Ticket prices are expensive for what you get, and the ferry itself appears tired, and in need of significant evaluation of prices to reflect what you receive. It seems the company benefits from having very little competition on passenger routes to and from the Isle of Man, which may explain why the overall customer experience hasn't improved.

just a shitty user interface. hard to find what you want, very counter intuitive.

The booking process was user friendly and relatively simple to do. I did, however, realise after I had booked that there was a possibility that, coming from London, we may not make the early ferry in time. The rebooking was handled professionally and efficiently and I was impressed with this excellent service. Thank you.
