Timed out 1 st time, didn’t accept my credit card initially, had to start all over again, then didn’t accept our £70 voucher.
Travelled to Douglas last year and the boat was excellent.
Today's boat is an absolute skip. It is full to the brim , having to search for a seat and if we're having something to eat ,it's with a table of strangers. The restaurant doesn't have a spare seat and whether your eating or not ,your sitting there.
The staff are very nice trying make the best of it but this boat really is a brutal

I found that the dates I wanted weren't available for a 5 day break I have had to book 7 days at a very high cost, not happy

There is clearly an issue , that the system is being manipulated whilst in the process of booking.
I checked to see the cost of two motorbikes and three people. This was more expensive than booking separately. Plus the price kept changing. In addition when I booked the first package , the second immediately became more expensive. You can call it dynamic pricing , but it’s clearly exploitation. Be clear open and up front. Price your crossings and don’t change mid flow.

The booking was fine but could do with a bit longer before it times out and you have to start again.
When booking I chose the car size but had forgotten about the roof box which I then had to go back and amend the size, but it had timed out by the time I had the new measurements.
Also when reading about the different lounges that are available it wanted to time out, so a few more minutes would be handy.
Apart from that the process was okay.

Can I just say what brilliant customer service I got from a young lad (Adam)at the sea terminal, I received the other night. He was so helpful & patience with me as I was changing/ buying new boat tickets. He is a credit to your company.

Initially easy to book. Cabin on Manxman translated into nothing on Ben-my-Cree and still waiting for refund

Fairly easy to make my first booking, went reasonably well

My boat was cancelled and I found out through local media rather than direct contact from the steampacket. I managed to change my booking on the website, it errored a couple of times but got there in the end. However, I ended up in credit as there was not a cabin available on the new booking but it was unclear on the website how to claim the credit.
I phoned up the the next day and after a 5 minute wait to get through to an operator in was resolved .
