Firstly my prints were delivered to the wrong address - the fault of Amazon not the company
However I opening the package one of the images has been printed so close to the edge it can’t be put in a frame. Guess what? No reposne from the company at all. I wish I had asked for a refund when they weren’t delivered to me.

Fraud/cheating.
I ordered a poster with a frame as a Christmas gift and paid for the wished size.
Recieved the package a few days later. However it was a much smaller size than I ordered and paid for.
Afterwards I wrote to them several times, politely, and requested an exchange or a refund - but they didn't even answer any of my 4 emails.
