Avoid! Low Quality Hardware & Terrible Customer Service

I would warn people not to buy VR ride equipment from this company. We previously bought a 4 seater VR ride and have had a terrible experience with this company from the start, continuing over a year on. Upon the machine arriving, one seat did not work at all. Getting service was slow, complicated and difficult. Around 2/3 of the ride movies on the machine also did not work. They are clearly 'ripped off' from elsewhere - and I strongly suspect the company does not have permission to be using them. The graphics were poor. To get the non-working seat fixed required two changes of PC which eventually the company sent. Were had to get a computer engineer to install the hardware. He was very vocal about the low quality and spec of the PCs that were used in the ride. After two non-working PCs had been replaced we disposed of them. The company had not asked them to be returned - as why would they when they were broken. Several weeks after when we were needing further support due to cables to the headsets failing we contacted support. They asked for us to send back the two PCs and refused to provide support until we did. We advised they had been disposed of as were faulty and the company had not asked for their return at the time. We got nowhere. We were also told that they do not cover cables to headsets which break. We we got in touch with DPVR (who make the headsets that the company use) they advised us that the headsets supplied were not meant for commercial use and so would keep breaking. Overall, this is basically a scam company. They are providing junk-grade hardware that breaks easily and refusing to provide the expected levels of aftercare support as soon as they have your money. I would encourage western (UK, USA and European) customers to avoid this company as its a con.
