During a service and MOT, I was told about a price increase that wasn’t mentioned at first, software error clearing that incurred unexpected price hike. Sagal, was brilliant, professional, understanding, and found a great solution straight away. I was ready to cancel everything, but she turned it around completely, so that was a big win for the Stelantis as this experience would have ruined relationships with the brand and future business. Also big thanks to Ronnie, he was very helpful.

I recently bought a car from Stellantis & You Citroen Edgware and had a great experience from start to finish. Abdul looked after me throughout the process and was brilliant knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found the right car for my needs.
The whole buying process was smooth and straightforward, and the handover was well organised. Would definitely recommend this dealership, and Abdul in particular, to anyone looking to buy a car.

Although the dealership charges premium rates, the quality of the service I received didn’t remotely match the price. I paid £799.52 for the Year 2 service and water jets replacement, including a £219 investigation into a fault that was in their standard checks list and the car is under warranty. The jets failed again just five weeks later, which raises serious doubts about whether the investigation was carried out properly.
The car wasn’t even washed after the service, which is something most main dealerships provide as standard.
The clearest sign that this dealership cannot be trusted was how they acted after I posted my initial review. They contacted me, asked me to delete it, and promised to refund the £219 investigation fee. I removed the review in good faith, but they never issued the refund and ignored my follow‑up emails. The whole experience felt extremely untrustworthy and, frankly, very close to a fraud‑like situation.
I wouldn’t trust them with anything related to my vehicle.

My experience here was terrible and lost me a weeks worth of work. I booked my van in for diagnostics a month ahead and was told the technician was not able to run the diagnostics on the van and it was only one technician that could do this. This went on for a week until I was told the van was being tested that day, so I called the next day asking when I could pick it up and was told any time. I rearranged my work and went in to the garage and was told the van had not been tested at all. My time had been completely wasted, income lost for the week so my business affected and my van had not even had the simple diagnostic test I had booked it in for. Why had they let me book it in without the correct person to do the work and why had they not booked the correct person when they knew the vehicle needed a specific technician. Complete mismanagement and I'm now financially affected.

We had a fantastic service at the Edgware Branch with Sherelle Adams who was very professional and patiently and honestly answered all our questions regarding a new vehicle. She also kindly booked a test drive for us which we have unfortunately had to cancel due to unexpected family news. However we gladly ask for her again when we are ready to proceed with our purchase.

This is a prime example of being truly customer-led. Sales Advisor was Kush Despite being a new starter and only being with Stellantis for a couple of months, he consistently put my needs first. I changed my mind several times, requested multiple test drives, and took my time making a decision, yet he remained patient, professional, and enthusiastic throughout. He listened carefully, never pressured me into a sale, and focused on ensuring I found the right vehicle for my needs. His passion, dedication, and customer-first approach made the entire experience outstanding and is a perfect example of what customer-led service should look like.”

Terrible dealership
Does MOT before service dispite asking customer care team and the representstive to do Service and ask for any authorization before MOT otherwise will fail.

Forces an MOT knowing it fails so they can charge you.. and have to repair with them. Terrible standards.

In my experience Sagal exemplifies what customer serve should look like, and I base this on more than one occasion when she assisted me. Due to the manner in which Sagal managed my complaint, I felt reassured that some staff we do what needs to be done to resolve concerns professionally, which is the sort of customer serve I expect from a large company such as Peugeot.
