I had my first car from here on motability, and now back for my second. Saw the lovely Gazinder both times and he sorted us out. No hassle no questions to many. Happy, friendly staff. Very helpful.

Purchased a new 6 seater van for the family, beginning of April, being told it was available in storage and would arrive by end of the month. They just needed to arrange transport.

Didn’t arrive until the end of July due to a fault. On receiving the van we realised it had other faults, which meant it went straight back.

It’s now mid September, we still don’t have our van. We’ve missed numerous family trips during the summer.

The dealership, nor Peugeot themselves, can tell us when this will be fixed nor offered a replacement. Since May, we’ve been provided a 4 door courtesy car, but as you can imagine this is not a van for carrying multiple people and equipment.

You get no follow up unless you chase first, and on every occasion, they have had no firm solution or answer, just that they will get the relevant department to call back, which never happens.

Dealership sold me a (relatively good value) combined Service/Warranty/Breakdown/MOT plan last year. Have just experienced a fault with the car which needs diagnostics - no diagnostic availability for at least 8 weeks. Same applies to other dealers within their group in Birmingham and Coventry.

Already had an MOT booking before the fault then occurred a week or so later, and therefore rang the booking line to see if they could look at this fault on the same day; was told "no", but due to the fact it is on a Plan and the MOT is expiring soon, the request would be forwarded to the dealership and someone would contact me Monday or Tuesday this week. It's now Wednesday and nobody did, so I went down there in person to ask. Was met by a service advisor who gave me a straight "no", complained that she was the only person there as three others who normally work on that desk were off sick, and things like that being promised by the bookings were just not going to get done.

No answer to my question about what is the point of selling me a warranty, if in the event of it being needed, the car can't be looked at for over two months. Just a shrug.

Routine servicing here has been fine, but they are just not equipped to deal with problems that need a quicker resolution despite happily selling a plan to deal with such, and I was unhappy with the unhelpful, indifferent and dismissive attitude I experienced today.

Currently waiting to hear from EMac if other nearby dealers outside the Stellantis&You network can work on the car for the service and warranty, because if they can, it's unlikely I'll be back here.

Yesterday I went to Stellantis & You on the Tyburn Road North Birmingham to look at the range of their new mobility cars.
I was greeted by a lovely young man called Faheem Husain & very polite & very helpful.
I myself have always been a Vauxhall Owner for many years & never even entertained a different make , but this young man showed me all the different options available & he certainly knows his job.
He was very helpful at going through every detail or questions i presented to him , & I must say I was very nervous at going to a totally new branch & area to look at new cars because Vauxhall Nechells Star Park have stopped selling new cars.
But I am glad I made the journey to Stellantis & You North Birmingham.
My nervousness was put at ease & I went around with him looking at my options, i love my present car a Vauxhall Grandland 73 plate
But as a lot of changes in my life recently health & private its time for a change moving forward , i have chosen my next Motorbility car & to my own shock i have chosen a Peugeot 3008.
Time for new beginnings , so I would like to thank Faheem Husain for his excellent customer service and support in helping me choose my next car.
He is a credit to the Stellantis & You North Birmingham branch & I cant thank him enough..
