This worked great to help restore files from a failed/failing external hard drive. The naming structure of the retrieved files was a little strange but it seemed to extract everything I needed.

I contacted Stellar Support today because I was unable to activate my software (Stellar Data Recovery Premium for Mac [lifetime]). I had downloaded the software from the website and entered my license key. Unfortunately, this did not work. I then contacted support via chat. A very friendly employee immediately recognized my problem and took care of it. It didn't take long for her to verify my previous purchase and organize a new license code for me. I was then able to reinstall and activate the software. I consider this to be 5 stars-service. Fast and uncomplicated. I can recommend it anytime. Thank you very much!
