Stellar Repair for Outlook software is easy to use and if you get stuck they are available with excellant support. I highly recomend it. Repaired my ..ost file (I had a corrupted version) and allows me to save the repaired file as .pst or .ost (export to live Exchange).

I used Stellar Repair for Outlook Professional when my Outlook PST file got corrupted and wouldn’t open. The software quickly scanned and repaired the file, recovering all my emails, attachments, and folders without any data loss. The process was simple and effective.
