Rented a dehumidifier from the place on bridgeland. They need customer service training. Was given 3 different pickup days/times. All of which came and went without a call. I had to chase them. Called to speak to them and 3 different people gave 3 different stories to me. Horrible service and rude on the phone. Not what you need when you are already dealing with the stresses of a reno. Was threatened with collection agencies due to their inability to pickup on time.

Rented Stephenson's carpet cleaner 030-3023 FiveStar: absolutely filthy machine even after we had to ask Nig... to clean the machine. Why don't rental places clean their tools on return?! At Castlefield store there was only this one machine. The Pump's thin tubing (next to the black hoses) has a play and the machine does not push out the water frequently nor vacuum up the water. Have to jiggle this connection to get it to work. Nig... tried to get us to pay an extra $16 for the upholstery accessory. We refused. Then he asked us to pay $8 for insurance. We refused saying we will take our chances as 2 small area carpets and 6 dining chairs would not damage this appliance. So rented it out for the website price of $27 for 4 hours (with a withholding of $100 until return). At least this machine worked unlike Home Depot's unmaintained, filthy, carpet cleaning rental tools.
