Terrible spamming service
Terrible spamming service. I unsubscribed all of their emails alerts and yet I get among 10 and 20 mails a day by this completely intrusive company . Impossible to unsubscribe, a system of chained emails adresses systematically loop you in, again and again.
Don't subscribe to any mail alert , my advice
Notice : after they found this review, Emma from Stepstone, writing 4 Mails daily at the best, suddenly finally disappeared. Confirming my idea.

The quality of the search results are independent of the search, and non-existent help - even when the CEO was approached.
Stepstone is responsible for the "job boards" for a number of companies.
I approached Stepstone because the "new" role emails would contain the same roles every day for many weeks, and my search terms were ignored (according to Stepstone they take some terms and try to be clever, which invalidates the searches).
I was asked for evidence, which I provided, and since then there has been silence.
So, I contacted the CEO, who has ignored my contact.
There are much better "job boards" - and even those are very poor, sadly.

Despite numerous further attempts to engage Stepstone, these have proven fruitless with each communication ignored.
At one point, I had a response forwarded from a lawyer, who stated that their definition of "new" was an advert that was refreshed or new. I replied saying that was not unreasonable, but could they explain how the same role was repeated twice in each email I had received for weeks.
As usual, I had no response.
I am not using the links provided by Stepstone again - which includes at least two main job boards.

Stepstone are disputing the veracity of this review - despite even the CEO ignoring every effort to resolve this matter.
They took over two months from the final attempt I made to email them to dispute this review, but instead wanted a "reference", plus lots of other information which wasn't relevant.
It looks like they will contest this review despite it remaining 100% accurate.

Stepstone queried the authenticity of the review, then when they wasted my time, they sent me a copy of a previous email I had replied to, and so I suggested they check my reply - and since then, nothing - so all my comments remain accurate, and Stepstone's searches remain diabolical - and not worth using.
