Correttezza e precisione

Ho ordinato un paio di casse della Neat. La ditta risponde subito al telefono ed alle mail. Il pacco è arrivato in tempi brevissimi. La merce era perfetta e corrispondente alla descrizione. Ho avuto anche la possibilità di scaricare regolare fattura.

IL GIORNO 26.9.2024 ACQUISTO E PAGO DA UN VENDITORE EBAY ( STEREODROM HI-FI STORE DI LECCE ) UN LETTORE CD DELLA MARANTZ. LO PAGO TRAMITE PAYPAL PER 449 €. LA SPEDIZIONE E' ASSICURATA. DAL TRACKING, LOGGETTO RISULTA CONSEGNATO IL 22.10.2024. DI FATTO. L'OGGETTO NON MI E' MAI STATO CONSEGNATO. INTERPELLO IL VENDITORE, IL CORRIERE BRT, EBAY (APRO UNA CONTESTAZIONE POI RESPINTA) PAYPAL CON IL QUALE AVVIO UNA SECONDA CONTESTAZIONE. A TUTTI CHIEDO CHE VENGA PRODOTTA LA MIA FIRMA COME PROVA DELL'AVVENUTA CONSEGNA. FATTA ECCEZIONE PER PAYPAL CHE SI STA INTERESSANDO DELLA COSA, NESSUNO RISPONDE.
